Chapter 35

The next say I spend some quality time with Jayden and Sammy luckily Sammy took off for today to watch Jayden since I'm going back to the hospital.

It's going to be hard for me to see him that way but I know I have to do this.

Darcy had called me saying the doctor had some news. I really hope it was good news because if he dies I know it will be my fault.

All three of us decided to go get some pizza and gelato. I'm still scared to feed jay normal food but sometimes I give him super tiny pieces.

We had a fun time laughing till Jayden asked for daddy that made my stomach turn because if Seth is gone Jayden won't have a father and it will be all my fault after eating our gelato Sammy dropped me off to the hospital.

" Just text me when you want me to come get you."

I kissed them both goodbye and headed to Seth's room I knock before entering.

I see Seth's dad Tanner open up he looks nervous and well I'm nervous.

I sit next to Seth telling him that I'm here he's still unconscious. After five minutes the doctor comes in.

" Well I have bad news and good news."

My hearts beating so fast and loud I'm pretty sure everyone can hear it.

" Can we have the good news?" his mom asked

" The good news is that he doesn't have brain damage he hit his head pretty hard though so he has a concussion but he will wake up soon we took him off his medication."

" And the bad news?"

I was holding back tears

" Well there's a chance that he might have some memory loss..."

We all just stared at one another what if he doesn't remember me or Jayden what if he forgets what we went through.

I text Sammy to tell him the news

'Seth has a concussion he'll wake up soon but there might be a chance where he will have some memory loss. 😔

Does that mean he won't remember Jayden?

To : my love 💕

That's what I'm afraid of but once I know more I'll give you a heads up but hey I think I'm going to stay the night if that's ok with you?

Figured so I had already took tomorrow off to don't worry I'll just hang out with Jayden well be fine. goodnight I love you..

I then put my phone back in my purse and I told Seth's parents to go home they looked exhausted and I told them I would watch over him and if anything happened I would call.

They finally left they really needed the rest having your son unconscious would be such a scary thing he's been in here for about 3 days and still hasn't responded to anything tonight there going to stop giving him his medication there hoping it will help him wake up sooner.

I make a little bed on the couch they had gave me blankets and a pillow. I soon fell asleep.

I heard a knock at the door and I looked up at the clock it was 2:30 am.
