It had been Rose's squeal of delight that had caught the attention of those in the Vayre Hotel turned war zone in the early hours of the morning when most around this area would sleep be asleep as the sky was still black, sparkling with white. Looking out the window, Jayden knew he hadn't been the only one staring out in awe at the sight of a horse that appeared see through. Ashley didn't looked shocked, instead, she looked pleased, Damon's jaw had dropped, Micah, Ivey and Rose had left the house to greet the horse and it's rider. Which was when the rest of the house decided to see the horse Maize had just dismounted.

"My friends," Maize started, appearing flushed with excitement, a strange sight from the cool and collected Maize Duran. She gestured the horse that moved like water... no, the horse was water! "This is Leau."

It was slightly amusing to see Kave appear, shifting into his black as night horse form with neon blue eyes. The two great beast's tested each other before calming.

Jayden turned at the non-amused laugh that came from Damon. "Sometimes I still think that I'm going to wake and find out that I was just in a coma."

Vivian looked up at Damon. "I'm with you on that."

Dee tugged Vivian tighter to him.

"I know it's all real. But finding out all of this, and then realizing that there is even more out there?" Damon shook his head. Although, Jayden couldn't tell if it was his mind telling him that he'd seen enough, or whether it was in humourless amusement.

"When are the other's arriving?" Ashley asked, appearing at Damon's side quicker than a flash. Ravin appeared in the same manor a moment later. With the speed the originals moved at, Jayden felt his instincts shift at him to move away. Fast. Because it wasn't often the originals showed their true speeds and strengths. When they did, his instincts told him danger.

"They're heading here now," Maize replied like a trained soldier. "They should be here before dawn."

Ashley gave her a nod before glancing at the passenger. Galina looked like a doll on the top of the great water war horse. "Do you see anything, Galina?"

Galina blinked for a moment, then frowned before looking around her. And just as she lifted her hands to point, ten pure white lights shone from the ground. It was like the blades of grass suddenly became pure and glowed and eerie light. Before the light moved. It pulled itself off the blades of grass as Ashley and Ravin snarled, shifting into their demonic forms. It was like a signal to the rest.

Everybody went onto offence. Maize even called the water from the tunnels that the vampyre's had dug up, shaping it into water hounds the size of small ponies. Their fangs were the size of large sharp knives and they had long tails like a large wild cat. Their growls sounded like gurgling water, but with fangs like that, Jayden wasn't about to offend the creatures. Or Maize.

Glancing around as the light moved to form a shape, Jayden saw Kayline walk up behind him. "Go back inside."

She gave him a look that told him he wasn't about to win the argument he could see in her eyes. So he did the next best thing, crouching in front of her.

Looking in front to see that the light were starting to dim, revealing fourteen angels who stood between the height of vampyre's and originals in their demonic forms, Jayden felt power press down on him. His eyes widened as he, along with most of the others but for the originals and the angels started to choke. But they didn't need air!

Ashley's growl sounded as... Jayden blinked at the scaly wings of black, red and white as she spread them out behind her. They were almost twice the length of Damon's, but then, with her being near double his height, it did make sense. The angel's opposite paused at the sight of Ashley's new wings, and that allowed Ashley the time to push the angel's magic back and for Kai to step up and block the angel's out with her force field.

Maize shifted the water then, stepping up besides the originals who had moved to stand in front of everyone else. Then a wall of water appeared between everyone else and Maize and the originals, and with what happened next, Jayden was glad their was a forcefield and water wall between them.

The noise was like a fog horn crossed with water pouring from a tap. It was awful. Painful. Everyone but the originals and Maize clamped their hands over their ears to block out the sounds Maize's water hounds were making.

Watching, Jayden saw the originals move while the angels held their ears. But then the howls stopped and the angels recovered before even a could second past. Swords from angels and originals manifested. Even Maize summoned her water blades and went into battle with water coating her and the hounds crashing into the war.

Nick Leon was the one who stood next, surprising many that it was him before the others. Suddenly a fireball was in his hands, and he was throwing it. Before he stared at his hand like they were a monsters... before grinning and calling the fire again.

Damon was next. Calling the red and white fire he'd once thrown at Suresha.

The Brotherhood pushed through Maize's wall with a fight until Mortimer made a doorway and Kai let them through. Phoenix was the fastest through the doorway.

The rest of them... watched. The Brotherhood fighting to get through Maize's wall and Kai's force field proved that the vampyre's and dracan wouldn't have a chance, and the only reason Damon and Nick's fireballs were going through was because the water was parting for the balls to pass through before closing up as was Kai's force field.

Leau, Maize's water horse, pranced a little with Galina on top of him, wanting to join the fight as he stood with the majority, on the non-fighting side of the force field and water wall.

"Don't worry Leau," Galina spoke to the water horse. "I can see the outcome without the water's help."

  

Jayden looked over at her words and relaxed. That meant Ashley and the others would win without the water. But then another thought hit. Without the water the rest of them would be able to join the fight. Was Maize and Kai keeping them out actually helping them? Or was it going to make them loose?
