(So this is a thing that I did once I was done a math test I had today. I got about 60% done in class, so I thought I would finish it and post it to Wattpad.)
I sighed as I began to wander around the Vallite Castle. It was hard for me to remember that yesterday this place was as busy as it usually was. Now...there was an eerie silence.
It had been less than twenty four hours, yet it feels like he's been gone forever.
Yesterday evening, Takumi passed without warning. We were snuggling by the fire...when he suddenly went limp in my arms.
I had to try my hardest to not stop walking and break down into tears on the spot.
Nothing would be the same now that Takumi was gone. My life, Valla, and even Hoshido and Nohr wouldn't be the same. He had affected so many people in his life.
I had so much running through my head, and I was just....tired. So with that, I made my way to my room, and ended up crying myself to sleep.

I began to stir from my sleep. "Urrgh..."
"Glad you're awake, Kai."
I jumped. This had to be a dream. It was Takumi that was talking to me. "T-Takumi...?" I asked, not even bothering to roll over, at least not bothering yet.
He sighed, gently wrapping his arms around me. "Kai...stop acting weird."
I then rolled over, and gasped. Takumi was really there. "I-I don't understand...y-you DIED last night!" I said, sobbing into his chest.
Takumi gently ran a hand through my hair. "Kai...what are you talking about? You were the one who fell asleep on me."
I shook my head. "I-I don't know what you're talking about..."
Takumi let out a grumbled sigh. "...let's just say that you had a lot to drink last night."
"I-I did...?"
Takumi nodded. "Yeah. ...did you seriously forget what yesterday was?"
That's when it hit me. Yesterday was my 26th birthday, which meant that I was legally allowed to drink alcoholic beverages. I guess I got a bit carried away last night.
"Oh..." I said, gently pulling away from him. "I'm glad you're not dead."
Takumi smiled. "Same here," he said before pulling me in for a kiss.
With a smile, I kissed back.
