Adrianna's point of view

And now, we're in the airport; on our way to Australia. We were spotted but nothing too harmful. And we decided to leave the infants home- they wouldn't want to be on a plane for 23 hours.

"Luke, do you want anything to eat?" I mumble as the flight attendant shuffles through the aisles. "Yeah, get me that little box with the cheese and crackers,"

"You're such a child." I giggle looking at my love who's always stuck by my side. I have to do this for him. We're a team.

He looks drained, dark circles lay below those broken blue eyes. I just wanted to hug him until everything was better.

We're visiting his family, his dad isn't in good shape and I feel terrible for him. I don't know how my fathers been and it hasn't been so hard on me. I can't imagine how he feels.

"You want some?" Luke talks, his face stuffed with airplane food. I laugh and press my hands to his cheeks and lightly kiss his lips.

"I miss the kids," I tell him and he frowns. "Yeah- I wish my family could have met them,"

"Next time." I tell him and he smiles.

13 hours left.

Isabella's point of view

"Alright, Ethan, come to Uncle Mikey," Michael opens his arms for the infant, I laugh then realize that the baby can't walk yet?

"Michael are you stupid the baby is too young to walk." I tell him, my sister was holding Ella, they're just adorable.

"So what are we gonna do now?" Angelina sighs laying down on the bed, exhausted from taking care of her niece and nephew.

"We can dress them up as superheroes and post the pics to twitter," Ashton chimes up and we all laugh.

"I feel bad for Luke," I say

"No one should have to go through what's he's been through and especially now." Calum sighs and makes a face at Ethan.

"It's a hard life man."

Luke's perspective

Adrianna and I were holding hands, walking into the emergency room. Not much has changed in this city; too many memories haunt my mind.

"Luke, he's in here." Adrianna points to the board with his name and room number.

We walk down the hall, jetlags taking over us but we managed to make it through visiting my father.

"The surgery went well, his body has sustained a lot of damage but he's out of the woods, we'll keep an eye out on complications."

"When will he wake up?" I ask the nurse who was scribbling on her note board.

"When he's ready to wake, I'd give him a couple more hours. He'll be okay." The nurse assures me, my brothers walk into the room.

"Adrianna, Luke." My oldest brother Ben greets us with a nod. Jack smiles and hugs Adri.

"How are the kids?" Ben later on asks as we are eating in the hospital cafeteria, they have some good mac and cheese.

"They're a pleasure, they're so small and lovable." Adrianna's affection towards our kids causes me to smile. "You'll have to meet them soon." I tell them.

They nod, there was an awkward silence for a couple moments, Adrianna looked more hurt than I.

She grew up without a father, her dad left her; I grew up with a shitty father. We came from broken homes and I think that's what makes us over protective parents.

"I'm gonna go up to the room- Mum just arrived." Jack says emptying his plate. We nod as he walks off, Ben sighs and I take a bite of Adrianna's meal.

"We should say hi to her, before we go, Luke."

"Yeah," I sigh but smile at my girl and my brother. "I wonder what she's thinking," Jack raises his eyebrow and exhales.

"We'll see."

"Okay that was fucking morbid." I grunt getting into the cab behind Adrianna. She gives the driver the address to our hotel, I am not staying at home.

"Don't curse Luke, your Mum is just upset and hey, your dad is doing ok- can we look at the brighter side of this?"

"I don't want to talk about this anymore. Okay?" I sigh looking into Adrianna's eyes.

"I understand." She places her hand in mine and leans in for a kiss. "We'll be okay."

(Day after, Luke left Adri in the hotel so he can visit his father alone)

Adrianna's perspective

"How is Liz holding through?"

"She's upset, Ashton and wants to move! She can't move her life is here." Ash called me on FaceTime, the time zones are messing everything up. Ashton sighs, "maybe they want to be closer to you and Luke." Michael buds in.

"I don't think it's a good idea." I say truthfully, their family deserves to be happy here.

I look at the sunrise through the balcony window. "I know it must be hard for them because of Luke but-"

There was a noise coming from outside, it heard like screaming. I hope it wasn't Luke. "What's happening?" Ashton yawns and I shrug. "I'm gonna have a look."

I opened the hotel door and kept it unlocked. The yelling seemed a bit far away. I started walking more. "Adrianna I bet they are fans." Michael says.

"You're right- hey guys!" I say to the group of girls. "Adrianna what brings you and Luke back here?"

"We were visiting some family," I say then look back to my phone. "Oh well why are you staying in a hotel?"

"Um, well-"

"Hi guys!" Ashton pipes up on FaceTime distracting the girls. They all smile and then freak out when they see it's him. "Who wants to see Luke and Adri's twinnies?!"

The fans laugh, we were now sitting outside the elevators lounge area. "Ashton are they awake? They should be sleeping!" He flips the camera. Cara and Michael were holding the sleeping twins.

"Aw they're so cute!" The group of girls adore the twins on the call. Ashton laughs and talks to the fans as I watch the elevators ding and out comes Luke.

"Adrianna?" Luke chuckles and I smile and point the the fans. They all run to him and he gives them hugs. I took a picture of them, they looked so happy.

"Ah I'm being replaced." Ashton jokes and I roll my eyes. "How are my babies?" I ask him, he tells me they've been good and sleep all day and are up all night.

Luke laughs and talks with the girls. I haven't seen this side of Luke in a while since the band was on a break.

After a while the fans who probably could have stayed for hours talking with their idol left, they had dinner reservations. I tweeted out the pictures for them on FaceTime with Ash. Luke tells me about what happened in the hospital.

"I'm going to buy them a house out in Cali. Not too far from where we are but it's a drive. They'll be there for a couple months out of the year and then come back here."

"How's your father? Does he want this?"

"He doesn't mind. He said he'll be ready to move once he's fully recovered from the wreck."

"And your brothers?"

"They'll visit more they said." He shrugs laying down next to me on one of the two beds in the hotel room. I turn to him and kiss his cheek. "Everything will be okay soon."

"Promise me no matter what happens our family will still be happy."

"I promise it'll all be perfect," he smiles and kisses my lips softly. "Come on let's rest before we get something to eat," he wraps his arms around my body and shuts his eyes.
