Chapter Five

I woke up the next morning to Rosie singing.  I was exhausted.  It was probably because I was thinking about Hayes and how he has a crush on me last night.  

"Eliza!  Are you going to get up?" Rosie asked, still singing. 

I moaned and got out of bed.  My head started to ache and I sat back down. 

"What's wrong Eliza?" Rosie said sitting next to me.

"Last night Cameron told me Hayes has a big crush on me." I replied, smiling a little.

There was a long silence before Rosie screamed, "OH MY GOD!  THAT IS AWESOME!  HAYES LIKES YOU!" 

I laughed and responded, "Not like, he has a crush.  There is a difference.  And shut up, your going to make Jack mad again."

"Oops!  Sorry!  But, this is so cute!  Hayes and my best friend Eliza!  Aw, I'm going to start crying!" Rosie said is a softer voice.

"Well look who's talking Rosie, you're the one who is getting pretty involved with Matthew Espinosa!" I said, trying to even things out.

She didnt really notice my plan, and instead said, "I know!  I really think I like him!"

I giggled, and decided to get up and take a shower.  When I was done putting on my clothes and makeup, Rosie and I knocked on Jack and JJ's door.  

"Come in!" I heard JJ say.

We opened the door, and Matthew was sitting on the bed next to Jack and JJ.  I'm not sure what Nash was doing, but he was laying on the floor staring at the ground.  Boys.

"What's up?" Matthew asked, mostly directed toward Rosie.

"Nothing much.  We wanted to know what today's plan was.  We were also thinking about going down to the lobby and getting breakfast too." Rosie said.

"Okay!  I think the four of us are going to stay in here, Bud, take your phone and text me when you get down there.  If anything happens, call me immediately!" Jack said.

I laughed and replied, "Um, dont worry.  I dont think we are going to get kidnapped while we are eating breakfast." 

"I dont care Bud, just bring your phone and call me.  You know how worried I get with you." Jack said, smiling.

When Rosie and I were leaving, I saw Nash turn on his back and say, "And girls!  Dont forget your rape whistles too!" 

Rosie and I laughed.  Nash always said the funniest things.  When we were in the elevator, Aaron was in there too.

"Hey Eliza!  Hey Eliza's friend!" He said.

Wow, he couldnt even remember Rosie's name.  Rosie hates it when people get her name wrong.  

"It. Is. Rosie." Rosie said, sounding pissed off.

"Oh, sorry Rosie." Aaron replied a little shakily.  

She turned and took out her phone.

"So, I have some new for you Eliza." Aaron said.

Oh my God!  That's right!  Cameron told me last night that Aaron would tell us what Hayes said about me.

"So, Hayes stalked about you A LOT.  He said you were one of the most beautiful girls hes ever seen, he wanted to know if you like him back, he wants to get to know you better, he thinks your really cool, and he hopes you dont hate him." Aaron said in one sentence.

I blushed and said, "Wow, thats a lot to take in.  And yeah, I do kind of like him back."

All of a sudden, Rosie jumped in and said, "KIND OF?  SHE REALLY LIKES HIM!" 

I blushed, but Aaron's face lit up.  When the elevator stopped, Aaron, Rosie and I got out and went to the lobby.

When it was just Rosie and I, I said, "Why would you tell him that?"

"Trust me Eliza, I know what I am doing!" Rosie replied, sounding sure of what she was saying.

I nodded and then we walked to the breakfast bar.  Rosie was nudging me the whole time, and I wasnt sure why.  Then I knew.  Hayes was sitting at a table with Cameron, Taylor, and Brent.  Rosie and I grabbed some food, and decided to sit with them.  Brent's vines were hilarious and I really wanted to get to know him better.  

"Hey-o Eliza!  Hey...um...Daisy...right?" Brent said.

Poor Rosie, she probably had had enough of people getting her name messed up today.

"Um, actually, it's Rosie." Rosie said without any enthusiasm at all.

Brent laughed and said, "I know!  I was kidding!"

Rosie's plain face grew into a smile, and she started laughing.  

Our entire table continued talking, including small conversations with Hayes and I.  I really think I was starting to like him, and it was good because he wasnt staring at me all the time.  Wow, this was going to be an awesome vacation.
