When I came out of the bathroom, Rosie was sitting on her bed texting.

"Matthew?" I asked her.

She nodded and replied, "Yeah."

I went and knocked on the connecting door.  I heard someone's footsteps, and the door opened.  It was JJ.

"Hey Eliza, what's up?"  He asked.

"Is Jack in there?" I responded.

He shook his head and said, "No, he is downstairs eating breakfast.  He actually said that if you went looking for him, to send you down to the lobby."

"Okay, thanks JJ." I said, and I turned and left.

Rosie said, "Do you want me to come?"

"Sure." I replied.

We walked into the elevator and into the lobby.  Sure enough, Jack was in there sitting next to Nash and Shawn.  Rosie and I walked over to them.

"Eliza!" Nash said excitedly.

Jack turned around, smiled, and ruffled my hair while saying, "Hey bud."

"Hey. JJ told us you were down here, so we just came to say hi and get something to eat."  I said.

"That's fine.  Go get something, you can sit with us too." Jack said.

Rosie and I walked over to the breakfast counter and grabbed what we wanted.  Rosie came back with two waffles, two muffins, a bagel, and orange, a box of cereal, orange juice, and cream cheese.  She can eat way more than I can.  It's a little scary sometimes too.

When we sat down, Nash said, "Rosie, a little hungry?"

She gave him and evil glare and said, "No one said boys were the only ones that could eat a lot."

Shawn whispered something to Nash, but I think Rosie heard it because she shouted, "I AM NOT ON MY PERIOD!"

Nash looked like he was about to dive under the table for shelter.  Shawn was sitting there, and looked a little worried.  This being one of the funniest things I think I have ever seen, I started laughing.  Rosie joined in too.  She did not get offended by those period jokes and remarks.  Nash and Shawn were lucky, because there are few girls like that.  Now Nash's face looked relieved, and Shawn was just downright confused.  Jack was laughing really hard too.  He knew Rosie was laid-back and accepting of these types of comments.

"It's okay guys, Rosie doesnt really care." Jack said while still laughing.

Nash started laughing and Shawn still looked confused.  Poor Shawn.

Rosie and I continued talking to the boys and eating our breakfast.  Everything was just a blur until Nash spoke and said, "You know, today is Hayes' birthday, and he is really excited, but a little worried because he thinks everyone forgot. We are doing a surprise birthday party for him in the conference room and you guys should all come.  It's going to be a black light party."

Oh shoot.  I didnt know it was Hayes' birthday.  I need to get him a present!  I stopped eating, and Rosie and I went back up to our rooms after saying goodbye.

When we entered our room, the first thing  said was, "Oh my God, I need to get Hayes a present."

"Did you know it was his birthday?" Rosie asked.

"No!  I didnt!  And I have to get him something because, you know, we have a thing." I said quietly.

Rosie shook her head in agreement.  She was onto something, I think she had a plan.  She always came up with the plans, but sometimes they didnt work, but whatever.  I was in desperate need of help.
