When Hayes and I walked out of the elevator,  we went strait to the restaurant that was located next to the lobby.  Honestly, we were a little young to be going on 'dinner dates', but technically this wasnt a date.

"Eliza, if you want, you can call this a date." Hayes said while blushing.

Well there you go!  A dinner date it is! Wow, how ironic.

"Sure Hayes, that sounds great." I replied, trying to sound serious but also joyful.

The hostess sitting at the desk looked up from the seating chart she was staring at and said,"How many?"

Hayes replied, "Two."

Her eyes went back and forth from Hayes and I about 5 times before she said, "Okay, follow me."

She started walking, he high heels making a clank clank sound every step she took.

"Alright, here is your table for two." She said, emphasizing the word two.

Hayes and I sat down, and she handed us our menus.  She took one more look at the both of us, made a discouraging face, and left.  She mumbled something, but we couldnt hear her.  As soon as she was out of sight, Hayes and I started laughing.

"Oh my God!  She totally thought we were too young to be here alone!"  Hayes said, wiping tears out of his eyes.

When our laughing moment stopped, the two of us looked at the menu.

Funny enough, we both said, "I'm going to get the spaghetti." at the same time.

Then, another laughing episode began again.

"Okay, wow!  We are getting the same thing, and we said it at the same time!"  I said.

Our waitress approached us, while pulling out her notebook.

"Hi, my name is Samantha.  I'll be your waitress this evening.  Would you like to start off with something to drink?" She asked.

"Actually, we are also ready to order our food." Hayes said.

"Okay.  What would you like to eat and drink?"  She asked, giggling friendly.

Hayes started, "I would like water, and the adult sized spaghetti."

"Same with me." I said, making eye contact with Hayes, and then smiling at him.

Hayes looked like he was about to laugh again.  I fought it off, and tried to start another conversation.

"So, what day is it?" I asked, kind of confused as to how many days we have been in LA.

Hayes thought for a moment, and said, "Its day 5.  We have 9 days left.  Magcon is in 3 days though!  And that's usually the best part of the trip!"

I nodded, and we continued talking.  Getting to know each other even better.  Soon, the waiter came back with our food, and we ate it.  Carefully though - so we wouldnt get sauce all over our face and embarrass ourselves.  Word of the wise: DO NOT... eat spaghetti on dates.  (Inspired by Nash)

When we were done, the waiter came over and asked, "Are you finished?"

I said, "Yes, we are."

"Alright, if you want, just give me your room number, and I can just put it on your entire balance." She said.

That sounded like a decent plan.

"Okay, my room number is 116." I said, before Hayes could say his.  116 was actually Jack and JJ's room, but there was no difference.  Jack and I were siblings, and our mother was paying for both of us. Hayes gave me a glare, but knew I wouldnt change my mind, so he ignored it.  She told us we were free to go, and we left.  The clock in the lobby said 7:29pm.  Gosh!  We had been there for about 2 hours!  Hayes and I went back into the elevator, holding hands.  We went to room 116, walked in, and sat down with everyone.  They were either making vines, watching House at the End of the Street, or jumping on the beds.  Since I hated scary movies, I went into my room with Hayes to find something unexpected.
