Lillie Dent isn't a popular girl nor is she a loner she is a girl who keeps to herself, when her friends persuade her to go to a summer festival her life changes in an instant when she meets Simon.
I looked over and got out my phone and checked the time, it was two thirty am JJ and Josh were asleep on the couch and Simon wasn't there, I heard muffled talking coming from the kitchen so I followed the talking and stood behind the kitchen door and listened to him talking. "I know, okay I love you too I'll see you tomorrow bye I love you so much." He laughed a little I put my hand over my mouth as tears prickled in my eyes I literately felt my heart break inside of me, I slowly walked away I put on my shoes and grabbed my phone and left the house slamming the door behind me. I got into my car and drove home I felt sick to the stomach like I was going to throw up I couldn't handle any of this. When I got home I went straight to my room and just cried myself to sleep that night, not that I could sleep I didn't even want to close my eyes.
Morning
My phone was ringing so I answered it to hear Fiona talking to me on the phone, she told me that I didn't need to come in because I wasn't needed but I still needed to come in tomorrow, I was kind of glad that I didn't have to come in I didn't really feel like going into work today anyway it just hurt to do it. I got out of bed and had a cold shower to wake my self up, when I did that I went back into my room and got dressed I didn't want to go back to the boys house, I just couldn't not after what I heard last night anyway and if Simon heard me leave then he would definitely call me so I needed to be away from the house and go somewhere he didn't think I would go.

I did my hair into loose curls then did my makeup, I grabbed my phone and keys and left the house locking it up behind me and got into my car, I decided to go and see Caspar as I know Simon wouldn't look there he doesn't even know that I'm friends with him only JJ knows that I am. When I got there I knocked on his door and he was happy to see me which did make me feel a little better but very barely. "Lillie!" He hugged me tightly and took me into his flat where I could hear muffled talking "Oh you're busy, it's okay I'll come back." I said quietly "No it's okay, you can stay." He smiled as he took hold of my hand and walked me into the living room to meet his friends. When I got there I couldn't believe that the one person who I didn't want to be here was at the flat, and I knew it was him because he had left his phone on the table. "Lillie, this is Josh, Jack, Joe, Mikey, Oli, and Conor." Caspar smiled at me "You're Lillie Dent aren't you?" Josh asked "Y-yeah I am." I said trying to fake a smile but it wasn't working. JJ then walked into the room and could instantly tell that something was wrong with me, he always knew when something was wrong, I then heard more footsteps coming down the hall and into the living room. Simon walked in and when he saw me he smiled and went to hug me but I backed away and went over to JJ and stood so close to him I didn't even want to touch Simon knowing that he has been with another girl. "Lillie what's wrong?" JJ asked as he looked down at me, I was squeezing his hand tightly without realising "I-I can't be here I can't be near him." I pointed at Simon and everyone was confused especially Simon "What are you on about, come on let's just go home." He went to take my hand but again I pulled away from him "I'm not going anywhere with you." I said sharply.
"What's going on?" He asked me "Who were you talking to last night in the kitchen?" I asked him on the verge of tears "No one." "Don't lie to me Simon please just tell me." I pleaded "I don't know what you mean?" "Just tell me who you were saying I love you to on the phone to last night." "My mum." He lied "No that wasn't your mum, there was no way that you were talking to your mum last night, not like that anyway and I know you're lying because your left eye twitches when you lie so please Simon just tell me." I asked "I promise you no one." He lies again thinking that doing that would make things better between us "Nah I'm done, you can carry on lying if you want to but why lie to me? I thought we were serious and that you loved me but obviously not if you have been cheating." "What?" JJ snapped, Simon looked so guilty it was written all over his face. "So I am right." I sighed as I walked out of the door, Simon grabbed my wrist but I pulled away and carried on walking not looking back because if I do I was afraid that if I did I would run back to him and I couldn't do that.
