The Mysterious Egyptian man entered the Room were the two spirits stood. He walked with caution, knowing that it is quite possible that the one who stole the Millennium eye could be in this room. He looked from side to side, scanning the room for any immediate dangers. The room was cold and heavy, Like an Egyptian tomb, the Mysterious Egyptian man thought. The walls were made of heavy stone with cracks scattered about its ancient looking surface. Towards the top of the wall there were hieroglyphics.

“I don’t know how you got in here, tell me what you want.” The male spirit said to the Egyptian.

The Egyptian turned his attention to the male spirit, “You have to answer my question first. It’s only polite.” He said, his expression never changing from its serious expression. “For 5,000 years since the time of Ancient Egypt, The Millennium Puzzle and Millennium Bracelet have been in the royal family. Eight Items with the power to control the world, countless men wanted to collect the items. I am the monitor of the Millennium Puzzle. I am searching for the man who took Pegasus’ Millennium Eye.”

The Female spirit was very suspicious of the whole situation. She looked over to the Male spirit, then back to the Egyptian man, “Are we suspects?”

The Egyptian man replied, “Look at the room and I’ll know what kind of power it is.”

“I see,” The Female spirit said.

“But you must find us first.” The Male spirit interrupted, “Bingo, But this is a Shadow Game.”

“I have no choice but to accept this game.” The Egyptian man said.

“The game begins” The Male spirit said. And with a snap of his fingers, the whole room flashed a bright white. The light settled to reveal a labyrinth of staircases and doors.

The Female spirit sighed, as if she were a bit embarressed, “You must find the mind’s real room. The game begins when you take your first step.” And with that, both spirits vanished from the Egyptian man’s veiw.

The two spirits appeared into the real room of the Spirit’s mind. There was one lone throne made completely of stone in the middle of the room. The female spirit moved to the throne and plopped down in it. She threw her legs over the sides of one of the armrests and leaned her back up against the other. She let out a heavy sigh.

“What is it Yuma?” The male spirit asked.

“Is this whole game thing really necessary, Yami?” Yuma asked in an annoyed tone.

I smirk appeared on Yami’s face, “I see it to be necessary.” He stated simply.

Not long after, the Egyptian man was able to find the right room. The door opened and there he stood, the slightest sign of relief on his face. He walked in a few steps, CRACK, the floor beneath the man gave out, “No, it’s a trap too!” The man fell, but at the last second was able to grab onto the remaining floor so he would not fall any further.

Then all of a sudden, something grabbed ahold of the man’s hand. The man looked up and saw the hosts for both of the spirits, “Come on,” They both said and pulled the man up from the abyss.

“Yuma, Yami, this has gone far enough.” The female host, Yumi, said.

“Release him from the game.” The male host, Yugi said. There was silence were the three people stood. The spirits were nowhere to be seen. Then a single spotlight shone on a door. The big steal door began to creak open, admitting  bright light into the room.

The Egyptian man led the two teens into the light. The room was filled with stone tablets depicting many different types of monsters. “5,000 years ago, in Ancient Egypt Magicians have control over some stone tablets. A battle for the throne began. When the Magicians were killed, the tables and its power slept. Legends of these tablets are written in History books. Later, they became tarot cards, the origin of playing cards.”
