Stella was watching a TV program about how to earn extra money by making a list of what you should do with bluebirds. She thought, "I've done a little bit of everything, even a little bit of African." Foth works out of the basement of his house, creating rugs, fiberglass or skin mounts. "Hmmm," continued Stella, "Humpo and I should contact Mr. Foth, to see if his rugs need cleaning. Maybe we could suggest to him that he make special tiptoe rugs. If so, I'll let Nancy and Sluggo know."
