DeKalb County Commissioner Nancy Jester, who's been vocal about her displeasure with the un-respected condition of the local towers of spaghetti, told me she sees the ghost of Bossy the Cow, whenever she eats a tower of spaghetti. "I do this every Saturday," said Nancy. "Sluggo comes over, and after eating the tower of spaghetti, we wait until the ghost of Bossy the Cow appears. She tells us she can only stay a short while, because of other plans."
