Banshee is a well of emotions. Mostly negative ones. She is both angered and saddened by society. She had lived for this long to be tired of it at this point. She is lonely but doesn't trying to find people to talk to. You could say that she is confused, but not at the same time.

She was able to keep her sonic scream ability, in this form it works as it was intended.
Biography:
In between 21XX and 22XX, something happened to Banshee. Maybe something in the elf wars. However, Banshee is different. She isn't the reploid that was eager to help out or the one to ask questions anymore.
She is now the cyber elf who wanted to be left alone. Ciel had met Banshee before. It did end well. For her, but it was in other meetings that this was not the case. Ceil has left her alone now.
One that did not leave Banshee alone was a reploid named Taiyoko. She was energetic, curios, adventurous. Banshee was reminded of herself in these aspects. She met Tai by accident while Tai was supposed to deliver something to the resistance. Banshee was curious of Tai and vice versa. To her surprise, Tai listened to her worries and sorrow. After being alone without her friend for so long, it felt nice.
So, Banshee has found herself on the base more, hanging out with Tai, teaching about the past that she misses so much.
