Personality:

     A cold person by nature, she doesn't care for others, only seeing them as "play things". She also has a calm and collective composure who allows her to think more rationally then others.

Quirk:

     .Named Insight. 

    .Her quirk allows her to see an individuals past. This works at the unconscious level, so even if you may not remember something or you have amnesia, she can still see your past.

     She makes enemies a whole bunch, but they never seem to last that long to really do anything to her.

Weapons: 

     She normally doesn't use them, but hands guns that she named "Truth" and "lie" are what she uses in a fight.

Biography: 

     Kim was born in Japan at a Village that was known to be a fishing village. However, went she was born, everyone knew that she was born with a quirk. Her eyes were an unusually grey that seems to have some sort of symbol in them. What it was was unknown. 

     It didn't matter either way as they were scared of Kim, even her parents named her Kimyona Me, which means "Weird eyes." They should have been happy that she was born with a quirk, but they were not. They couldn't look in her eyes. 

     She was bullied at the small school in their village, not having any kids that were her age.

     One day though, she was being taunted by one of the bigger boys. She was just trying to study alone, but he decided it was a great time to try and mess with her. Unfortuanally for him, their eyes made eye contact and her quirk activated. She could see all the things he has said and done in his life. She smiled though.

     "Your mother...she is having an affair?"

     Yes, the boy witnessed his mother having an affair with a business man that was not from the city. His mother made him keep quiet about it.

     The boy was in shock and begged Kim not not mention it to other. Kim laughed at her new found power and blackmailed the boy into doing what she wanted or she would tell.

     The boy complied and soon, Kim did the same to the rest of the kids. She blackmailed them in doing what she wanted, or their darkest secrets would be unveiled and their lives ruined.

     Kim would go on to apply to U.A to learn how to use her abilities rather then be a hero, but she failed the exam and so went to High School that was located outside the village.

     When she graduated, she disappeared from the village and never showed her face their again. But she did leave a parting gift. Now that she didn't need the kids anymore, she sent every family a note about their kids darkest secrets. This tore the families apart, and ultimately, the village as well. 

     Kim would go on to work under an unnamed supervillain that taught her the ropes of being a villian.

      Kim would go on to make an underground crime ring that would specialize in information. While Kim doesn't seem to be able to handle herself, she is more then capable in doing so. She has blackmailed Heroes, police men, politicians, or people in her way. 

     You best make yourself useful to Insight, because a secret is her biggest weapon.
