He puts up as a façade for the Templar order as a no nonsense, serious person. As a Templar, he gets stuff done as convincing as possible. He lacks emotion and stone faces a lot of people. As Red Hood though, he is much more willing to joke around and be his actual self. He still gets stuff done, but not in a ridged way. He much more open, but is cautious to unknown people.

Biography:
Orel was born in 1748 to his mother and father that were remnants of the assassin brotherhood in Boston. While no safe houses really existed, Orel's house was the safe house for the area. When he was young though, his father went away on business and he never returned. His mother would end up remarrying another man who turned out to be a Templar.
Orel would move all of the assassin information and object to another place in order to keep his connection to the Brotherhood safe.
While he loved his mother, he hated her for remarrying to another man. His new father started to teach him about the way of the Templar order, which he hated. He would end up sneaking of to continue his training as an assassin.
When he was 15, he got the idea of making another identity to still be part of the assassin order, but be a Templar at the same time. He came up with the identity of Red Hood at 16.
He now feeds the assassin's information while portraying himself as an obeying individual to the Templar order.
