Cyborg 009: Oliver Okimoto -009

Name Meaning:

     "Oliver" basically means "Olive Tree" in French, but he isn't French by any means.

     "Okimoto" means "one who lives near the offing" or " one who comes from the open sea".

     Male

Appearance: 

     Oliver is 4"5' tall. He actually has long hair that goes to his back where it kind of waves away from the body, if that makes any sense. His bangs also fall in front of his face. His eyes are fake, but the fakes are grey in color. His skin color is pale thanks to wearing a lot longed sleeved clothing during the day. 

Personality: 

     Oliver is psychotic. Plain and simple. Despite his age, he doesn't give a crap about anything. He just cares about fighting, in which he is destructive about it.

Abilities: 

     Oliver has a more refined Accelerator ability then Joe. Unlike Joe, he is able to go for hours without over heating. He is also a bit faster, even a bit faster to those that had Accelerators before him. 

Early life: 

     Oliver is a half American-half Japanese individual who was born in Ine, which is a fishing village. Oliver was also born blind, which is one of many reasons he was home schooled. He had no ambitions in life because of how people treated him, like if he was made of glass. 

     Oliver did like to go on walks though with the help of a stick. One day, travelers came to the town and met Oliver, who was on a walk. The travelers decided that he was perfect and kidnaped him. He was then brought to Black Ghost and transformed into a Cyborg. 

     Because Oliver was blind, he was given cybernetic eyes that allowed him to see shapes, but not color so he can at least do his job properly. Ever since then however, he has been a bit off the deep end and, while still doing his job, will make it as dangerous as possible. He sees his life as over ever since he was abducted from his village.

     He gets under his teammates skin and really doesn't give a shit about them. Most of them anyway. Oh and by the way, he is the youngest member that looks to be 12 years old.

Relationships: 

     Levka Balabanov: 

          Oliver doesn't like Levka, or 001 as he calls him. He thinks he is too stuck up in his won ideals. They butt heads very frequently in terms on how missions should be done. While Levka wants to take things steady, Oliver thinks that the time can be used for action. It doesn't help that he is a kid.

      Benjamin Marker: 

          Oliver doesn't mind Ben, as he calls him, but doesn't like him either. Die to Ben's nature, it usually directs in affecting Oliver. Which he dislikes. However, they do spend time playing sports when they are not in duty, so he thinks that is nice. 

     Sydney Ardouin: 

          Oliver despites her with a passion and will go out of his way to make her life a living hell. This can range from steal her possessions to calling rude names like bitch or whore. For the most part though, he would rather be talking to Levka then talking to her. 

     Leon Roth:

          Oliver does not care for Leon. In fact, he doesn't care for his existents. He i bored talking to him because he thinks Leon doesn't have anything interesting to say. That doesn't mean he dislikes him. It just means that Leon bores Oliver. 

     Magi Cox: 

          Oliver adores Magi. If he with anyone, it would usually be with Magi. Magi makes him feel his age like he should be, but Magi doesn't talk down to Oliver, which he likes. Oliver likes it when Magi asks his opinion on something. 

     Jie Li:

          Oliver thinks that Jie is funny. It is often easy to tease the egotistical man. Since Oliver sees him as an open book, he can see the mans insecurities and knows where to hurt him. Whenever Jie hides behind Oliver, Oliver just laughs and throws jabs at him that he hopes breaks his ego. 

     Noah Nixon: 

          While Oliver thinks that Jie is funny, he sees Noah as annoying. If he has to agree with all of the numbers on one thing, it is that Nixon is an idiot. He tries to not talk to him so that he doesn't punch he face that he can't see. What he does do is bribe him into doing stupid shit that Oliver would have done, but would have gotten in trouble of doing. 

     Kojo Abebe: 

          Oliver also likes Kojo. He is quiet, so Oliver stands him. But he also likes it that Kojo teaches his boxing techniques to him. In return, Oliver does small errands for him. There was one time that he asked Oliver for an update on his his kids, so Oliver obliged and actually met his kids at a park. He went back to Kojo and reported on his findings. He even gave a picture that the kids gave Kojo. Oliver respects Kojo for being a devoted father even though he is not able to be there for them.
