Real Name:

     Leven Yulee

Origins:

     English and Scottish: habitational name from places called Leven in East Yorkshire, Fife, and Renfrew. The first is probably from a stream name, possibly derived from a Celtic word meaning smooth (as in Welsh llyfyn). The Scottish place name is from a Gaelic river name meaning 'elm river'.

     The surname Yulee was first found in on the Isle of , in the Shetlands.

Ability:

     He can see whatever he wants wherever he is, but it gives him migraines if he uses it for to long. He has been called the human Cerebro because of this. 

Personality:

     At first he may seem devoid of any noticeable personalities, but introduce him to certain things and then he'll react with others. It's not like he doesn't want to interact with others, it's that he doesn't know how.

Biography: 

     Leven was born to unknown parents, but he has been part of government experiments ever since he was 3. This was probably because that he had signs of being a mutant since birth and his parents handed him over to be experimented on.

     He never saw light growing up and his body became weak from not being allowed to move much, if at all. It got to the point that if he were to ever need to move, he would need a wheel chair or be carried. 

     During his teens, he was used to find other mutants so that they could also be captured. One day, Leven was forced to track down some mutants that turned out to be dangerous. Well, not dangerous as rouges, but dangerous in abilities. 

     They broke free of their imprisonment and ended up finding Leven along the way. They took him too. The group plus Leven took to hiding after the escape. 

     They found out that he had never been out side the facility, so they took him in and started to teach him. 

     At some point, the group found an abandoned mansion that they ended up fixing up to be livable that was out of the public eye. Leven would make it his mission to help others like the escapees helped him. 

     He would call the group the outsiders and is now the leader of the group.
