Danganronpa: Sachiko Akuma

     Sachiko Akuma

Origin:  

     "Sachiko" can mean "child of bliss", but it can also mean "happiness"  depending on the kanji used.

     "Akuma" means "devil" or "demon"  in English. It is the name assigned to Satan in Japanese Christianity and to Mara in Japanese Buddhism.

Personality:

     Sachiko can be described as a sarcastic smart ass. She is the type of person who takes jokes and pun too seriously. She does care though. Despite her lack of smile and laugh, she does care about those that were able to get close to her, which really only include her siblings. However, because she is so serious, she has a very good work ethic. Perhaps a too good one. She been known to work through night and not stop until anything she is working on is done. 

Likes: 

      Her Onii-chan and Onee-chan and to spend hours on translating a document during a rainy day

Biography: 

     Sachiko is the youngest child of the Akuma kids. She is part of the 78th class, however, it is to note it was a different class then Makoto's Naegi's.

     When Sachiko was younger, she would spend a lot of the time in the library, unlike her siblings that enjoyed being outside. During this time, she had caught the interest of languages and their beauty. She spent most of her time studying different languages including Spanish, English, Chinese, Polish, and Belgium. All languages mentioned she could speak fluently by the age of 13. 

     She was allowed to help her older brother, Daiki , on one of his expeditions and was able to decipher the hieroglyphics with easy and accuracy, without the use of a guide after taking on look at it. She was sought out by college professors and historians after that and was recognized by Hopes Peak Academy.

     She entered Hopes Peak Academy, going to classes unlike her siblings.  This didn't last though as the tragedy struck. She was in class when it did happen, but it seems like she escaped. Her body is no where to be found on the property, but she hasn't shown up either. 

     Daiki is trying to find her and hoping that the messages that he is finding in hieroglyphs, painted in blood, is Sachiko leading him to her.
