Azuma means east in Japanese.
Haruo means springtime man in Japanese.
The names combined could have a possible meaning of "Springtime man in the east" or something to that extent.
The name Fujio has several different means depending on the kanji used. The ones I am going to use is 不士緒 or (fu) meaning "negative, non-, bad, ugly, clumsy,( ji) meaning "gentleman, scholar, samurai",(o) meaning "thread".
The meaning I will use is "Negative scholar thread."

Biography:
Azuma was one of several kids that went to the Hopes Peak Elementary school. Her parents worked for the Hopes Peak program, one of many reasons that she was admitted to the school. Her older brother was not as fortunate and he was eventually admitted into the reserve course program despite the money.
During her time n the school, she excelled at comprehension as well as reading material that was above her that she was given the title of lil' ultimate Reading.
She would also spend of time with Monica, listen to her about her big sister. She did not partake in the groups suicide pact, but she trusted Junko enough. It wasn't like her home life was bad. It was the opposite. Like Junko, she was just bored.
So when the tradgety hit, she relished in the fact that her big brother died with the rest of the reserve course students. She was ordered by Junko though to kill her parents as Azuma loved them. This gave Azuma thrill that she didn't have and so joined the rest of the kids.
When the warriors were established, Azuma had little role as she just enjoyed waling around the city, creating chaos.
However, even chaos became boring to her. This lead to her helping the still alive warriors, minus Monica, from the Monokuma's. She disappeared though and no one knows where she is now.
