Jalia's POV

I'm out bowling with Levi ,yea it was last minute I ain't have nun thing planned until my mom texted me last minute tellin me we are havin dinner at Ms.Rosie 's house. We left tha bowling alley early so we can make it.

"am I going da right way?" he asked makin a left at tha lights.

"yea well bee der in 20 mins." it's cool to be out ona date since I haven't been on one ina while.

"u weren't all dat good back der." he said talkin about bowling.

"whuutt, I thought I did pretty good." ok so I lied I wasn't my best at bowling , but I just luv tha game

"u had like 3 gutter balls" he chuckled.

damn his laugh is just so sexy. "u caught me on my bad day."

" u must really like me?" he said peeping ova to me.

"why U say that. Make a right at tha stop sign ." he pointed right

" just consider it as a free meal. plus her food is good."

" I hope ur momma food is good ."he said smiling

damn his smile is giving me life. "oh no it's my momma's friend house that we gonin ova ."

"make a left on Macbush , " I told him. "it's that house right ther." I pointed to tha big gray house ona right.

Levi got out tha car & came ova to open my door. " ok they might ask questions , u don't have to answer em." we walked up to tha door.

he started to chuckle " it's ight ima answer em."

I rang tha door bell and ther goes tha door open.

Tha vibe at dinner been cool, until Ms. Laurie said Jalia was ona date tonight. now my mind been wondering on who dis nigga that she wit. She would usually hit me up and tell me bout tha dudes she wit , but dat all changed.

"That was da doorbell." my ma said lookin at Mir then at me.

I nodded towards Mir.

"I guess I'll go get it." she got up and left.

"Jaden how is Cali treatin u?" my mom asked.

"it's treatin a nigga good, oh my bad." he said coughing

my ma gave him tha dumb straight look.man dis dude be crackin me up

"the weather is nice , da beaches are cool. everybody is very creative ther." Jaden said.

"look who made it." Mir said walkin into tha dinning room. Jalia and "her date" followed behind her.

" Hey everybody ." she said wavin to er'body. "this is Levi , Levi that's my mom, dad, my sister Jonna , u already met Jaden, Ms.rosie , Rozzie , u met Mir at the door & that's Que." she said pointing every one out. They said hi back, oh shit they gotta sit in front of Jaden & I.

For some reason I kept catchin myself staring at Jalia. I ain't gon stunt she did look good in her red leather joggers, Tupac crewneck sweatshirt, & her Jordan taxi's. She always knew how to dress to me. Damn why tf am I thinkin like that.
