Matthews-Harts Hunter Meets The World

Assigment

It has been two week since they protested against Harris and revealed his true motives and what he said to Zay. Once Harris awoke from Farkle tackle he was fired from the job and everyone was surprised that coach Rodriguez decided to come back.

Maya was in Mr. Matthews class not paying attention to what the lesson was about but it wasn't until Matthews next words did she pay attention to.

"For this assignment you will work in pairs, so chooses your partners." Cory instructed and the students then picked their partners just as Maya and Riley were about to pick each other as partners Mr. Matthews stopped them.

"You two won't be working together as partners." Cory explained which shocked everyone in the classroom for they always been partners in every assignment.

"What do you mean Matthews, were always partners in every assignment and you didn't have a problem with it." Maya asked confused, "Not to mention daddy that Maya and I are married." Riley said smiling but from the look on Cory face he wasn't changing his mind.

"Riley you will work with Chai and Maya you will Carrie Abelson." Cory said with a smile. "Wait, why does Carrie Abelson sound so familiar." Maya asked but all she received were confused looks from her friends and a smiling Cory. "Why don't you turn around Maya." Cory suggested and Maya did and was shocked who it was.

"CARRIE ABELSON!" Maya, Riley, and Farkle shouted surprised to see her again. "Hey, Maya." Carrie replied with a smile it took Maya a minute to respond for she was still staring at Carrie with shock.

"Hey, Carrie." Maya responded back with a smile which made Carrie smile even bigger.

"Okay, get together with your partners and I will explain the assignment." Cory said as everyone walked to their partners Riley turned and saw Carrie sit beside Maya really close and Maya not even minding it.

"Okay, the assignment is worth twenty percent of your grade, the concept is to create a twenty minute presentation about a historical figure of their choice. It is split into different categories, a long list of requirements." Cory started explaining.

Riley zoned out her dad as she stared at Carrie and Maya and couldn't help but be worried. Chai noticing that Riley was staring at Maya and Carrie with the look she is very familiar with she'll talk to Riley later on when their working on their project.

Sorry it was short but today is my birthday so I'm just going to post one more chapter today
