Chorong looked around, recognizing where she is now. With all the mess surrounding her, it was difficult to navigate around. The buildings that reminded of her childhood memories fell apart. Parks looked like construction places and the ground looked like a huge dog had dug through it all.

She walked straight, avoiding all the broken glass on the floor, she walked to her now wrecked home. Chorong stared at it for a while and looked at what those annoying aliens had done to her home, her one place where she felt safe was wrecked. She sighed and went inside. The door was on the floor, rubble was on the carpet, the walls' paint was fading and it was dark everywhere.

The moonlight was the only thing she could use to see anything. She had nothing in her hands, nothing to look for searching.

Chorong went to the living room and searched through the cabinets for a flashlight. The doors of the cabinets were hanging already, all she needed was to do was to look into them. Once she caught a glimpse of a flashlight, she immediately grabbed it. She then looked to the stairs, there were holes everywhere and the stairs didn't look sturdy enough but she had to go up to her room.

She slowly and carefully went up the staircase ,avoiding all the parts where she could fall in. Chorong finally reached the 2nd floor. She walked through the hallway passing by her parents room, she reached her room but before she could enter, she looked at the room across hers. Jimin's room. A quick flashback played in her head.

Jimin knew only one thing left to do, he used his left hand to get rid of Chorong's grip on him. "NO JIMIN, STOP IT!!" she shouted but Jimin was ignoring her. He got her left hand off of his arm and then said "Noona, that's enough" "NO!" "I know you'll save us" Jimin pulled her right hand off his arm and flew into the tube. "NO!!!" she screamed at the top of her lungs.

Chorong shook it off and went into her room. Her curtains were ripped, her wall fell, her mirror cracked, her bed was covered in rubble, and her posters were all on the floor.

Tears formed in her eyes at the sight but she stopped them from falling. She went to her closet and changed her clothes. Luckily, her clothes were safe in her locked closet. Chorong put her hair in a messy ponytail, and she changed into black jeans, a brown vest, a dark green shirt and a pair of brown travelling boots.

She picked up her black school bag and threw everything inside on her bed. She then packed her bag with a few clothes, batteries, food, and some of her well hidden guns given to her by her dad. She still remembers what he told her when he gave her the guns.

"Use these only for an emergency, for a last resort. Use them also for protection, for you and Jimin"

Her eyes only showed anger, wanting to kill those aliens will make her feel accomplished. "I'm sorry dad, I couldn't protect you, mom, or Jimin but I will get you guys back if it's the last thing I do". She stuffed the two guns in her bag as well as a picture of her family. Chorong grabbed a black hat and put her ponytail through it.

She carefully went down the stairs then out the door with the bag hanging on her right shoulder. Chorong stared at the floor and looked around, just in case there were other survivors. She turned the flashlight on and looked around.

"Hello? Hello? Is anybody there?" Chorong's voice echoed through the empty city. No I can't be alone, there must be other people who were stronger than me that was able to hide she told herself as she continued to walk.

Suddenly, the bushes rustled making Chorong immediately face the bush. She slowly walked towards it, she took out one of the guns in her bag just in case it was an alien. Chorong pushed the leaves to clear way for her to see if anything was there.

Slowly, Chorong reacted after seeing a something hairy. She flinched but continued her search and looked deeper into the bush. After a while, a hairy figure jumped on her, making her scream she held the hairy figure and looked at it carefully. Chorong chuckled to herself and said "wow, you're such a cute dog" the dog panted happily to see someone. Chorong petted her and said "you remind me of chocolate, so I'll name you choco". The dog wagged her tail and licked her face.

Chorong stood up, as well as the dog, and they continued walking. With her flashlight, they could only see things one way. Chorong's legs got weaker, she yawned and said "I'm tired, let's look for a place to sleep".

They walked and walked until they reached a line of buildings that were also wrecked to the ground "this used to be where my friends lived, they were orphans living in this building. Now look at it, it's a mess". She missed her friends, her family, and her brother. "We can stay here for the night" said Chorong, she picked Choco up and they walked into the building.

They stayed on the first floor and looked at the rubble covered beds. Chorong flapped the blankets making the dust on the blanket fly away. Chorong coughed as the dust flew and Choco sneezed. Suddenly, something metal fell, making a loud noise that echoed through the empty building. Making both of them jump, Chorong stood up and turned the flashlight back on.

She slowly walked towards where she had heard the sound. The closer she went, an unknown sound got louder. Once she had reached a wall, signalling her that that was the end of the room, she saw a hump covered by a blanket as it shivered. Chorong furrowed her eyes in confusion but thought it was another survivor. She inhaled and said "Shh Shhh Shh, it's okay, I'm not an alien. It's okay, I can help you". The shivering stopped and hands appeared at the stop of the hump. Revealing a handsome, weak looking, scared, and worried boy. His hair was jet-black, his eyes were hazel-brown, his skin was pale, but his expression was scared to death. When they're eyes met, they quickly recognized each other. Chorong gasped and said

"Eunwoo?"
