Neji turned his back while Raku changed into the hospital gown then waited silently for the physician.
When the doctor arrived it was a woman with light brown yet graying hair pulled up in a tight bun. Her eyes were intelligent and wide, her body a bit on the stout side.
"Hello. I'm Kasuki Yangtze, your physician." She smiled, setting her clip board down. "Lord Hokage wishes for a report on your physical condition, and if that's alright with you I'd like to begin?"
She waited for Raku's permission which was given in the form of a nod.

"Your condition has improved greatly! I'm happy to inform you that you are completely healthy, other than your wrists of course." she gave a sympathetic look as Raku tied her braces back on with another nod.
"She understands it is a permanent injury." Neji told the physician.
"Yes, I'm afraid so. But don't let it hold you back dear. You're capable of amazing things!" Dr. Yangtze smiled kindly.
Raku nodded, eyes determined.
"And you got your physical exam the other day, correct?" The eldest asked Neji.
"Yes ma'am. No changes."
"Hm." she nodded, then wrote something down on her notepad then standing up. "I believe we are all set. Do you have any questions?" she looked between the two of them.
Raku shook her head and Neji just blinked at her. He stood and walked over in front of the teen, grasping her hands reassuringly. "I'm going to talk with Dr. Yangtze, we will be just outside. You can get dressed again. Alright?"
She nodded and watched him leave the room with the doctor.

"You're sure it's safe for her to train?"
"So long as she wears her braces, yes. She is able to do anything another could do." Dr. Yangtze assured him.
"I have another question...uh...if her body can take the strain of training..." Before he could react, a chubby hand smacked him upside his head.
"How dare you!"
"I didn't do anything nor do I plan on it I just...wanted to be sure that if she ever deems a man worthy or wants to have children..." he tried to explain, eyes wide.
The physician sighed. "She will be fine as long as she vocalizes her limits. You'd be surprised at the power a pregnant kunochi's body has, she will not have a problem with child bearing. While I don't think you should be concerned with her personal business I'm glad you care enough to ask."
"...yeah..." Neji rubbed the side of his head, still stinging, waiting for an apology.
"Well," she shuffled her papers, "If there are no more questions, I have a meeting to attend."

AUTHORS NOTE: I know it's not long, but I just wanted to keep the story in your mind as I have not forgotten it. I have big plans for this and the sequel, I'm trying not to rush writing it because I'm excited for all the plans I have for it. I had written much farther but my memory stick broke so it's all gone :'( I'm doing it all again. Sorry for any misspellings, I had to write it on wordpad (no spell check)

2) Does he hope to be "deemed worthy" by her someday?
