Hey guys Firefox here sorry it's been awhile but I'm back! Also shout out to @Ponymauship she's really good at writing fanfics (unlike me) and a good friend of mine so go check her out anyway on to the story!
Sandkits POV
"No" Glowkit said continuing to be stubborn. "Fine" I said back "we don't need a wimp like you to help anyway." "Yeah me and Sandkit can do this all on our own!" Shellkit said enthusiastically she must've thought this was all just a game she usually does with most things. "Come on Shellkit" I said "let's go explore the forest on our own" I finished glaring at Glowkit who sat in the nursery still not even saying anything why did he always never want to have fun all he wants to do is look at boring herbs all day silently me and Shellkit snuck out of the nursery and started to sneak over to the elders den a couple days ago we stumbled along a small gap between the reeds when we were playing that's when we started planning this whole thing. "You go first" I whispered to my younger sister when we reached to gap "okay" she said trembling with anxiety and excitement at first she didn't want to risk getting in trouble but than I started telling her about all the cool things we'll see. She only seemed to agree when I promised her the first thing we'll do is go to Owl Tree for some reason she's always wanted to go there. Once she claimed easily through the gap I did as well and just like that we got out of the camp. "Are you sure this is a good idea Sandkit?" Shellkit asked me "what if we get caught." "Don't worry" I reassured her "we'll be back in camp before mommy even finishes eating." "Okay" she said still a bit worried we started walking toward the smell of squirrel since mommy said that squirrels live in Owl Tree surprisingly after a couple of minutes of walking we found a giant tree. "Wow!" I said I never expected it to be this big "is it taller than the sky?" Shellkit asked starring up at the giant tree. "Why don't you find out" I asked teasingly "okay" she said surprising me and struggled to climb the first branch "Shellkit I was just kidding please come down!" I said now scared for my sister but it didn't seem like she herd me. "Please" I pleaded starring helplessly at my sister that was getting pretty far up the tree at this point. All of the sudden Shellkit leaped for a branch but as soon as she put her weight on it it snapped and all of the sudden she fell from the tree all I could do is watch as my best friend and sister fell to the ground for seconds I stared at my sisters body unmoving then all of the sudden a familiar voice snapped me out of this wired trance "Shellkit" Glowkit screamed bounding up toward the body in horror "Glowkit I-I-I" I stammered not knowing what to say. "Get Tielstreak now!" He said trying to keep calm though he was trembling. "Okay" I said and started running toward the camp when I got back I ran into the medicine den not listening to any of my canmates asking me what was wrong and where I have been. "Tielstreak" I said panting once I got into the medicine den "what's wrong" Tielstreak said bounding up towards me "It's Shellkit" I meowed "she's fallen from Owl Tree." Quickly she grabbed a bunch of herbs and started running toward the camp entrance "get you mother and tell her what happened" Tielstreak said through her mouth of herbs quickly I ran into the nursery where mommy was pacing "Sandkit!" She said once she saw me "I was so worried where's your brother and sister?" "Mommy Shellkit fell from Owl Trees" I said my shaking "What!" She said fear and grief in her eyes "stay here." She said she was about to bolt out of the nursery when "let me come she's my sister it was my fault I have to make sure she's okay" I pleaded "fine" mom said her voice shaking with grief "go to Owl Tree I'll meet you there I have to get you father." "Okay" I said and raced to Owl Tree she'll be fine she's gonna be okay I thought while running though something deep inside me was saying that, that won't be the case when I got to Owl Tree Tielstreak and Glowkit where standing by Shellkit soon after I got there mommy and daddy came. "Why aren't you doing anything!" Mommy snapped at Tielstreak who was just staring at Shellkits motionless body doing nothing "Troutshadow Autumnpromise" Tielstraek said her voice shaky "I'm sorry she's gone." "What no you- you have to do something!" Mommy said tears streaming from her eyes "I'm sorry" Tielstreak said "her spine snapped when she hit the ground" that night no one said a word we had a vigil for Shellkit.
Well guys that's it this took me awhile so... a lots happened in this sorry if any of you were attached to Shellkit I honestly wish I didn't kill her off but there needs to be some drama in this you know anyway I'll see you guys later Bye guys! :3
