Never Expected

Chapter 15

We got to my house. He stilled seemed really weak so I decided to carry him bridal style. He tried to tell me he could walk himself but we both know that wasn't true. I carried him into the house then walked over to the couch and laid him down. Before I could ask if he needed anything he spoke.
"Lilly thank you so much."
"For what?"
"For helping me in the hospital and so much more. I can never thank you for all that you have done for me."
"No problem." I said smiling.
Two hours flew by and we were still talking about random stuff. I knew he should probably go home. His parents knew that he was in the hospital. I told them that I was talking him to my house and that he would be home soon. I guess I lost track of time. I didn't want him to leave but I knew he had to.
"Jack I should drive you home. "
"Yea but I can drive myself home."
"You haven't been out of that hospital that long and your still in fragile condition so I will." I said knowing I would win this argument. And sure enough he didn't say anything back.
We got into the car without any trouble. That was good I was happy he was feeling so much better. I drove and we talked, laugh, and sang. I didn't want this to end.
We arrived to his house. We sat for a few minutes neither one of us wanting this to end.
"Lilly..."
"Yes?" And before I new it he grabbed my chin and kissed me. At first I didn't kiss back but then I did. Sparks were flying. We stopped. His face was bright red but there was a playful smile on his lips. Without a word he got out of the car and shut the door.
Still recovering from what happened I drove back home. I felt like everything was perfect. Nothing could ruin this day. But then I started freaking out. What if I was a bad kisser. He was definitely not. But I probably was. He probably didn't like the kiss. I was making myself doubt everything. I just needed a deep breath. I just hope things wouldn't be awkward between us after this happening. I needed girls advice. I dialed Mays number.
"Hello?" She answered
"Hey it's me. Can you come over."
"Sure. Right now?"
"Yes."
"Is everything alright?"
"Yes. I just need advice."
"On what?"
"You will see gene you get here."
"Alright be there as soon as I can. Bye."
"Bye." I said and then she hung up.
  Jacks Pov
   I felt like I was flying. I finally kissed her. I didn't know what I was thinking when I did it but I was so happy I did. I hoped she liked it as much as I did. I think I was falling for her. And badly. I don't know if I should tell anyone what I did. But one person came to me. And that was the other Jack. He has shipped us together for so long. I thought it was stupid and always told him that will never happen. I guess I was wrong but honestly I'm glad I was wrong. Even though we weren't official or anything. I knew that this relationship was going to last. She by far has been one of the best things that has ever happened to me. She was such and amazing friend and now I'm thinking of more. I was thinking way too much. I needed to get my head cleared. I called up Jack and told him to come over it was important. He tried to get me to tell him on the phone but I refused. I sat on the couch and waited.
