Never Expected

Chapter 22

"I'm worried about Lilly." Her friend stated so clearly. The first thought that ran through my mind was is she okay? Her friend sounded very concerned. I wondered why she called me.

"Why?" I asked very curious. Then she went on to explain how every time that Lily left to do something and they found her she acted weird and she knew something was going on but Lilly wouldn't open up.

I knew without much thought that it was Jason. Obviously something had happened and she didn't tell her friends because she was scared. But how do I explain that to her friend.

"I bet it's something small and she just freaked herself out or something. Don't be concerned I will talk to her about it. "

"Thanks!"

"No problem." I said and with that we hung up. I grabbed my keys and drove to Lilly's house.

Lilly Pov
The girls were acting very strange. I knew something was up but honestly I didn't care. I had too much on my mind I was worrying about.

The one thing I disliked most about Jason was that he knew how to get to me. He knew my weaknesses. But I know I am strong enough to fight back.

The movie was soon over and we all decided to go to sleep. They weren't acting weird anymore so I was thankful. This has been a fun night. We laughed and talked so much.

All of a sudden the doorbell rang. It was late at night who would come at this time. I was afraid to open it but I managed to get myself together and open up the door

I opened the door and before I could respond to who it was. I was pulled in and our lips collided. I was almost knocked off of my feet but I balanced myself. We stopped when we heard

"Lilly??!" I jumped back and he laughed. I honestly would have said something but I was speechless I was shocked by who had kissed me I had never expected this.

"Why did you and some stranger just kiss?" I stood there nothing coming out of my mouth.

"He caught me off guard I didn't have a choice." which was true. I looked at my friends and they nodded and I knew they understood.

I forgot the door was opened and after this event the last person I wanted to see was Jack who had walked into the door. He saw him before seeing me and screamed

"Jason what are you doing here?"
