«warning: possible emotional triggers, talking about suicide»
                     💛Josh💛
Josh blinked his tired eyes open, seeing that he still had Tyler gripped tightly in his arms. They had fallen asleep next to the pond, and its was raining.
"Tyler...get up, we have to go." Josh shakes Tyler.
He grunts. "I don't want to...five more minutes..."
"Unless you want to get drenched more by the rain, then I suggest you get up." Josh shook him again.
Tyler opened his eyes and frowned, his eyes still brimming with sadness from the night before. "Fine."
Josh let's him go and Josh gets to his feet, he then helps Tyler up.
They walk off in complete silence. Tyler breaks the silence. "J-Josh?"
Josh turns and sees that Tyler was tearing up and he looks sadder than ever. "What is it Tyler?"
Tyler let's the tears roll down his cheeks. "Have...have you ever tried to commit suicide?"
Josh is caught of guard by the question. "No I never have." Josh sees Tyler nod and begin to tear up even more until he is bawling his eyes out.
Josh hugs him securely and Tyler whispers to him. "Just let me go already. I know you want me to stay here but I can't when everything is broken. Just let me go Josh."
Josh wants to yell at Tyler, he wants to tell him that he'd never let him go ever, but he decides against it.
Tyler pushes Josh away. "Lets just go. I don't want to be in the rain anymore."
Josh nods, too angry and sad for words.

I can't lose Tyler. I need to do something, I need to somehow convince him to stay.

Minutes later they arrive at Josh house and they climb back in through Josh's window, so they don't alert his parents. Tyler sits down on the floor and just stares blankly into space. His eyes are sparkling with more tears, and it made Josh feel more depressed than he already was.
"I know I hurt you. I know I make you sad and angry." Tyler says, his voice cracking on every word.
"Of course you make me sad. I hate seeing you like this. It hurts me so much that you can't see how much I care about you, Tyler." Josh can feel the tears pushing at his eyes, ready to burst out. He holds them back. "You just don't see."
Tyler nods slowly, agreeing with Josh's words. "I know...I can't see when I've never felt it before. I don't know what it's like to be loved, or cared about."
Josh just looks at him. "How can you not know what being cared about feels like? I care about you! You should know!" He snaps, but doesn't mean to.
Tyler flinches. "I...I'm sorry... I do know you care about me but...but..." He hesitates. "Never mind."
Josh flops down on his bed, the tears in his eyes becoming to much for him. "I don't want to lose you. I can't lose you Tyler."
Josh hears Tyler begin to cry. "Josh you just don't understand... I don't want to leave you but...I can't take theses voices."
"Then stop listening to them!! Chase them away!" Josh yells.
Tyler sobs harder. "Its not that easy! I can't just-" Tyler stops.
"You can't just what?" Josh looks over at Tyler, he was staring into space again.
"Please use discretion when your messing the Message, Man...Please use discretion when your messing the Message, Man...these lyrics aren't for everyone...only...few...understand....." Tyler whispers and closes his eyes. "I can fight them..."
Josh looks at Tyler, hope fluttering in his chest. "Fight them then. I know you can."
Tyler closes his eyes. "I can't defeat them. But I know I can weaken him. I'll do it...for you."
Josh gets up and sits down next to him, cuddling close to him. "Do you want to go somewhere? How about we go to the arcade?"
Tyler's eyes light up. "Yeah!"
Josh smiles and helps Tyler up from the floor. Tyler smiles and they walk out of the room, almost immediately crashing into Josh's mom. "Oh! You two are up!"
Josh nodded. "Morning mom." He gives her a quick hug. "Is there anyway Tyler and I could go down to the arcade for a few hours?"
"Of course honey! The car keys are on the kitchen table." She smiles as they walk towards the kitchen. "Have fun!"
Josh grabs the keys and practically runs out of the house and starts the car.
"Hey! Wait up!" Tyler gets into the car moments before he drives off. "Calm down!" Tyler giggles.
Josh blushes. "Sorry, I'm just glad to finally be out of there. My parents are so happy, it's scares me."
Tyler laughs. "At least they are happy."
"Yeah, true." Josh says, his eyes focused on the road. "Tyler, are the voices still talking to you? Like right now?"
"Yeah. Screaming actually. I've grown used to it." Tyler gives a small smile and stares out the window. Worry begins to knot up in Josh's as he glances at Tyler, seeing how pale the boy is.
They get to the arcade in about ten minutes and they climb out and Tyler almost runs into the building.
"Hey! Wait up!" Josh giggles, running after him.
They walk calmly inside and Josh puts two twenty dollar bills in a change machine, giving Tyler half of the coins.
"Now go enjoy yourself baby." Josh whispers, making Tyler blush dark.
"Thank you." Tyler pecked Josh on the lips and ran off.
Josh smiles and pops a quarter into a nearby claw machine, hoping to win something for Tyler.
He spots a big bear and moves the claw over to the bear and drops the claw, hoping he hadn't waisted his quarter. The claw grips the bear and pulls it up, carrying it to a small box where it dropped.
Josh smiles and bent down, claiming the bear. He smiled and walked around mindlessly, playing a few games here and there until he ran out of money. Josh sighed and looked around for Tyler, when someone taps on his shoulder.
He turns, seeing its Tyler. Josh smiles at him. "Hey Tyler. Win anything interesting?"
"If you count 5,462 tickets as interesting." Tyler laughed.
"5,462?!?" Josh wore an expression of disbelief.
Tyler laughed. "Yeah. I won the jackpot on a game. Twice actually."
"Wow, that's really lucky." Josh said, his eyes still wide with disbelief at the amount of tickets Tyler had won. He suddenly remembers the bear in his hands. "Oh yeah. This is for you baby."
Tyler gasps and grabs the bear, hugging it close to him. "Ah! Thank you Josh I love it!" He squeals happily and hugs Josh.
Josh smiles and kisses Tyler's cheek. "Its the least I could do."
Tyler smiles and they walk up to the front of the arcade, where the prizes where held. Luckily for them there wasn't a line, so Tyler yanked his tickets out of his pockets and placed them on the counter.
The person at the front smiled and took the tickets, placing them into a ticket counter. "You have 5,462. You take anything you want."
Tyler smiles and taps his chin, glancing over at Josh. "Can I get that big pink lion right there?" He points to a lion that costs 1,000 tickets.
The person nods and grabs it off the shelf, handing it to Tyler. "You have 4,462 left."
Tyler nods. He decides to buy a 10 pound chocolate bar for 2,000 and a stuffed panda for 1,300.
They walked out of the arcade, laden with prizes.
Josh dropped the panda, lion and chocolate bar into the backseat and opened Tyler's door for him.
Tyler smiled and climbed into the car. Josh walked around the car and climbed inside, closing the door and sighing in relief.
"Thats was certainly fun." He says and flashes a smile at Tyler.
Tyler nods and lays his head on the door, falling asleep as Josh starts the car and begins driving.
Josh smiles looking over at him. He sings to Tyler softly. "You fell asleep in my car I drove the whole time, but that's okay I'll just avoid the holes so you sleep fine, I'm driving here I sit cursing my government for not using my taxes to fill holes with more cement."
