I wish you'd look at me that way

Your beautiful eyes looking deep into mine

Telling me more than any words could say

But you don't even know I'm alive

He looked at the arch.

It was proud and high, the sun up but hiding beyond a thin sheet of clouds. It wasn't too hot and it wasn't too dark.

She brought him at Enchanted Kingdom.

"So you are looking for some adventure then, huh?" he asked.

Kara nodded and smiled. "We haven't done this. I want to see and hear you scream when we try their rides."

"I've travelled well enough for me to try something deadlier than what they give," he said. "I should rather say that."

"So what? You're with a different company this time," Kara said and pulled him with her. She saw the carousel and fell in line with the other people who came in that morning.

"I thought you wanted some thrill and we're taking the carousel? You expect me to scream here?" he asked.

"This is just a warm up," she smiled at him. Despite him declining to join her, Kara was able to make him take the ride with her. She went to the horse and took pictures of Chad frowning. When they were done, she pulled him to the Flying Fiesta.

"This gets pretty exciting," he said. He likes Flying Fiesta himself. It's just like him taking the swing when he was a kid. Kara was laughing with him as it flew in a circular motion. Chad took his phone out and carefully took a picture of them together.

After that ride, she started lining up for the more exciting ones like Anchor's Away, Xtreme Paintball, Kart Trak, and Up, Up, and Away. It was both exciting and tiring at the same time but Kara was able to keep up with him when it comes to readiness. She kept on taking pictures and he did so too. They decided to have lunch after taking Paintball and settled on their seats for a while.

"What do you want to eat?" he asked her.

"Anything," she said. "You can choose. It doesn't matter."

He ended up ordering a bucket of chicken just for the two of them with side dressings good for four people. Being hungry that they were, they were able to consume all of it and became full after finishing the last grain of rice on their plate.

"Don't tell me you're still hungry?" she asked him.

He laughed. "No. I'm okay. I can't eat that much. We have something very exciting to do."

"What?"

They stood in front of the twisted track of fear. After dining, Chad took at least thirty minutes to digest what they ate before bringing her to the ride he wanted the most - Space Shuttle.

"No. I'm not doing that," she declined and turned away from him but Chad was quick enough to grab her by the elbow.

"No. No turning back. You brought me here, we'll try all the rides," he said and fell on the line.

"I don't want to do that," she declined. "You can go in, I'll wait for you down here."

"No, don't be the weak hearted Kara. You want thrill, I'll give it to you," he said.

She didn't have any choice but to go with him. She refused to look at the ride and disregarded the voices shouting their lungs out. When it was their turn, she was about to run away but he stopped her and pulled her with him. The next minute, she was already sitting beside Chad, pale with her cold, clammy hands. He laughed heartily when he saw her.
