Yeah, she ain't perfect
And she don't pretend to be
But everything that's wrong with her
Is perfect for me

Kara took her phone before going out of their hotel room. It was dinner time and after they went out riding the motor bike, she took a bath as soon as they got inside the room. He was left outside sitting on the couch watching TV.
Chad made a reservation on a restaurant they saw outside the hotel which was just a few steps away and was situated on the seashore. It was perfect for candlelit dinner since it was dark and they only have the moon to serve as their light.
There weren't a lot of people yet when they got in and so their food got served almost instantly after they chose their menu.
"Nanay I think might visit me in a few days with my sister and brother. Nalulungkot pa din sila sa bahay," she told him. It was hard for her to let her father go but she was able to cope and it was because of him.
"That's good if they will. Maybe we can bring them to some nice places so she can enjoy herself," he agreed. "I know some nice places and we can rent a van so it wouldn't be hard for them to travel."
"I also thought of that. But of course, I have to check on my finances. I have to give her money to fix the house. But I'm sure that they would go here before school starts again," she answered. When she realized what month it was, she paused. "Chad?"
"Yes?" he asked.
"I'm not scaring you away or anything but... You've been here for a while and I know you would have to leave soon. I know I asked you this but I just want to know if you have booked your tickets?" Kara asked him. She was inside the bathroom when she heard him talking to someone in some heated argument about flight details. She didn't ask him right away when she went out of the bathroom.
He fell silent with her question. Reality is, his sister booked a flight for him back to the US two days ago without telling him and it was scheduled two weeks from now. He only found out when his sister called earlier that day when they arrived. He hasn't even unpacked his things when Cass called to tell him. They had a small argument over the phone and he was left without a choice. His things are all set for him to leave and ready though he himself isn't. Worse, he doesn't know how to tell her that he is going.
"You can tell me if you're about to go. I know from the start that you would have to leave eventually. We met by accident and I didn't really expect you to stay this long and accompany me that much," she said though she was hurting herself with what she was saying.
"I'd like to think that we met by fate. I got a few days left," he admitted. "I didn't know until my sister called me when we arrived."
They remained quiet for the rest of their dinner. They were both consumed by their own thoughts of him leaving and not wanting him to do it so he would stay and be with the other. No one spoke and decided to keep things on their own.
When they were done eating, Kara decided to break the wall. If they have a few days left, she should make the most out of it.
If she would cry once he leaves, she will just run her tears freely and start moving on, apply what he has taught her.
"Let's dance," she asked him and he was surprised. They both know how much of a bad dancer she is.
"Okay," he agreed and stood up. They went farther from the table and near the water. They both removed their footwear and stood where the water was softly flowing on their feet. She had her arms wrapped around his neck and his arms on her waist, their bodies close to each other.
