(A/N) hey guys so I'm typing this on my iPad so there should be less errors.
Lance questioned me about what me and hayes did and stuff. I don't know why I guess that's just what older brothers do.
"Jaylinn!! I called mrs. Grier and asked her what you need for school she said that hayes could come with us if you want." My mom yelled from downstairs.
"Sure mom" I yelled back
I walked downstairs and hayes was there with my mom and brother waiting for me. We walked out and got in the car.lance and my mom sat in front and me and hayes were in the back. Lance put on Paramore for me and I was jamming out to it. Hayes was laughing at me.
"What" I said to him. No one Could hear us over the music.
"You really get into your music" he said laughing
"Yup and the problem is?"
"No problem. I think it's cute." He said I could feel my cheeks heating up.
"Okay guys were here I'll take lance and jaylinn and hayes will go together" my mom said handing me a $100 bill.
Me and hayes walked into the store and got everything we needed and bought it, it only took us an hour, but it was 5:00 and we were all hungry.
"You guys wanna go get some dinner?" My mom asked us we all said yes.
We walked Into Olive Garden. I got spaghetti. Hayes got the same. My mom and lance got the three cheese Noodles. After we finished eating we went home it was around 7 so we took hayes home. He hugged me goodbye and got out of the car.
"You like hayes don't you" my mom said
"No" I said looking down to hide my smile.
*next day*
"WAKE UP GUYS FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!"
I got up and went to my bathroom and showered. After that I put on a black and green sleeping with sirens shirt, with black skinnies, and bright green toms. After that I dried my hair and straightened it. I brushed my teeth and put on some eyeliner. Finally I ran down stairs.
"Mrs.grier called your principle today. You and hayes have the same classes so you can stick with him. Also you're getting a ride with him today because I have to go talk with our land lord." My mom said handing me a bagel with creek cheese.
"Okay I'll head over there now" and I walked out the door.
"Hello jaylinn come on in! Hayes is up stairs I'm pretty sure he's ready go on up" mrs.grier said to me.
"Thank you" I said and ran upstairs I knock on his door "you decent haha"
"Yeah come on in" I walk in to see shirtless hayes doing his hair
"I thought you said you were decent." I say giving him a look.
"I'm a guy. It doesn't matter" I laughed at his response.
"Hey will you pick me out a shirt jay?" Awe he has a nick name for me.
"Sure" I say and walk into his closet. I pick out one that says vid con on the front that's black white and red.
"Here" I say throwing it at him. He puts it on along with his snap back and walks over to me and hugs me.
"I can't wait for my friends to see you with me" he says pulling away
"Why" I ask confused
"Just cause" he says and pulls me down the stairs.
"Ready to go?" His mom asks me hayes Nash and lance say yes and we leave
"Lance, your mom will pick you up, and jaylinn your mom said it's up to you if you want to go home or come over after school and get frozen yogurt" mrs.grier says pulling into school.
"I'd love to come over, thanks!"
We get out of the car and Nash and lance are out of sight.
"I'm scared" I say to hayes he grabs my hand
"You'll be okay" he smiles still holding my hand we walk into class and walk up to his friends it was 7 guys. 3 of them which I had met yesterday. We introduced ourselves and took a seat. I sat next to hayes of course
We went to lunch and sat down it was me hayes and his 7 friends. A girl walks up and hayes glares at her. "Who's the ugly slut?" She says looking at me. I just keep my head down and walk away. About 2 minuets later hayes pulls me back to the table. I keep my head down. "Look at me please?" I keep my head down. He takes his finger and lifts my chin up. I think he noticed I was crying. He pulls me into a hug a whispers into my ear so that only I can hear "you are not ugly you are gorgeous and she's the slut. I love you." I just hug him tighter and go to the rest of our classes. We were waiting outside for our ride when we see her again.......
