"What'd you want to talk about?" I ask.
"Jay...I've missed you....would you consider getting back together? Or even just start talking and hanging out like we used to? Please?" He says and I freeze in my place.

"Hayes I uh, sure, we can start hanging out again." I say and he smiles. "But just as friends" I say and his smile drops a bit but he's still smiling. "We should go back" he says and I nod. We walk back to where everyone else was and Nash winks at hayes. Ugh. Guy code for something, probably something stupid. "Wanna go play cod?" I ask him and he nods. We walk up to my room and I grab the controllers while he puts the game. "Were so going to beat this" I say. "Yeah it's pretty eas-" "NOOOOO" I yell. We lost and we weren't even to the hard part. "Ugh" hayes says falling back onto the bed, I do the same. He turns to me and I can feel his eyes on me, so I turn to him. "What?" I ask laughing slightly. "I miss this, I miss you" he says and leans in, I do the same. Our lips touch and it feels amazing kissing him after not talking to him for a year. I pull away and he smiles. "I missed you too" I say and the life suddenly comes back in his eyes.
We walk back downstairs and my mom had just hung up the phone. "Jay matt and his family are coming down here to visit" my mom tells me. Matt...I completely forgot. Great now I have feelings for two guys. Ugh. "Hayes let's go" mrs. Grier says. I hug hayes goodbye and they walk out. "So when are matt and his family coming down?" I ask sitting on the couch. "They'll be here at 11 tomorrow." My mom says back. I run upstairs and call matt.
J- hey matt!!
M-hey beautiful did you hear the news?
J- yeah I'm so excited to see you!!
M- so am I! But I gotta get to sleep I'm leaving at 5 tomorrow morning.
J- okay goodnight.
M- goodnight babe. He says and I hang up.

"Jaylinn get up we gotta leave in an hour to pick them up!!" My mom yells. I groan and put my head in my pillows but then I realize what she said I sit straight up and walk to my closet. What to wear what to wear. I grab my favorite white and blue ombré shorts and a plain white t shirt. I've been changing up my style. I put them on and plug In my straightener. I put in my whitening strips and Start straightening my hair, once it's perfectly straight I take out my strips and brush my teeth. I was ready to go, I hopped down the stairs skipping one here and there. "Well don't you look nice" my mom says and I smile. "Do you and matt like each other?" She asks and I blush. "He's not going near her" lance says walking in the room. "Oh come on lance, the hayes thing was a year ago get over it." I say and he sits down. "You cried for 3 months straight I'm not letting that happen again." He says and I roll my eyes. "And whom was there for me when all this happend? Matt" I say and walk out to the car. I'm glad he's a good brother and he's just looking out for me but it gets kind of annoying you know? The whole drive there I was on the edge of my seat I couldn't wait to see matt again. But hayes kept popping into my head. We got to the airport and I ran in. I saw matt standing with his phone texting. He didn't see me so I decided to text him. "Hey look up" I sent it and waited. He looks up and sees me. I run to him and hug him. He picks me up and I wrap my legs around him. "I missed you" he says and I smile. He sets me down and kisses my cheek. His parents were talking to mine ignoring the little scene we made. I'm glad lance wasn't here otherwise he'd flip. "Let's goooo" I say pushing my mom while he pushes his. "Piggy back ride!!!!" I yell and jump on his back. He was surprisingly prepared and didn't drop Me. "Goooo" I yell and he laughs. We get in the car, and drive back to my house. I guess their staying in our guest bedrooms which isn't that bad because then we can have more time together. We walk up to my room and hang out. "What have you been up to?" I ask him. "Pretty stressed out" he says. "Why?" I ask him. "Because I have something that I've been wanting to ask someone but I don't want to know the answer ya know?" He says and I nod. "Well what ever it is I think you should just get it over with" I say. And he nods. "Jay?" "Hmm?" "Will you be my girlfriend?" He asks and I feel my cheeks get hot.
