I got a text from Brent. It said
"Hey jaylinn....i kept this from you for about a week but I think you should know...hayes is cheating on you with that girl from vidcon. I'm sorry" I dropped my phone and ran inside up to my room. I slammed my door and fell to my bed crying. Within seconds hayes runs in. I forgot to lock the door. "Go away" I say in a whisper not being able to talk. "What happend? Who texted you?" He asks a couple times. "Why" I say. As I stop crying. "What?" He asks confused. "Why, did you do this? Why did you lie to me? That whole time you said oh she kissed me. But you lied. You were dating her the whole time. Weren't you?" He stands up. "What are you talking about?!" He yells. He's never acted like this before. "I know you were dating that girl at the same time as me hayes. Brent told me everything" after I say that his features soften and he sits down next to me. "Brent's seriously trying to break us up so he can have you" he says more to himself than me. "Jaylinn..please don't believe him. He's trying to break us up so he can have you. That's all that he's trying to do. I would never cheat on you." Hayes says almost crying. I pull him into my arms and we just sit there for a while. "What are you gonna say" he asks me. "Nothing. Nothing at all" I say and were called downstairs. We race down the stairs. But hayes was ahead of me. So I jumped on his back unexpecdadly. He almost fell over which I was hoping he would. I know that sounds rude but the I would win. He dropped me right on my butt. It didn't hurt but I'm going to pretend it does. I sat there 'crying' to see what he would do. "Oh my gosh are you okay I didn't mea-" I cut him off with my laughter and we walked out. We sat down in the patio chairs by the pool. Our parents went inside, and Nash and lance went upstairs to play video games. We finished eating. "I have an idea" I said turning to hayes. "Yes?" He says "1 sec" I say and run into the house. I grab my bandana that Taylor gave me and came out. "Put this on as a blindfold" I say to hayes handing him the bandana. He puts it on not asking any questions. "Okay now just let me lead you" I say and pull his arm towards the pool. I stop him so his feet were right next to the pool I yank off the bandana really fast and push him in. There's a little walk way that goes through the middle of the pool and I went to the middle of it as hayes came back up. "What was that for?" He asks me. I say nothing, just laugh. But he grabs my leg and pulls me in to. I jump up and get out. "I literally hate you" I say to him not looking at him and sitting down. "You asked for it" he says sitting next to me. Our parents walk out, probably because they heard us yelling. "What happend?" My mom asks. "Hayes happend" I say laughing. "Uhhu. Okay" he says being sarcastic. "We'll we better get going" hayes' mom says. And they walk to the front porch. "Don't leave" I say doing the puppy dog face. "See you tomorrow" hayes said more as a statement rather than a question. He kisses me goodbye and leaves. I go up to my room and skype my friend from California.
"Hey jay! I haven't talked to you in forever!!" My friend cassiee yells
"Hey so you need to be updated big time" I say with a huge smile
"What? Got a enemy already? Boyfriend? What????" She asked excitedly
"I got a boyfriend and it's someone you know of" I say because she watches a lot of viners so she surely knows him.
"Who?!"
"Hayes grier" I say and smile
"What?!!!! No way your lying to me!!" She yells
"I'll call him right now and have him and Nash call you does that work?" I ask her and she nods I call hayes and put it on speaker "hey jay" hayes says through the phone. "Hey do you think you and Nash could call my friend she's a big fan of yours." I say and he agrees. Seconds later I hear cassiee's phone ring through Skype. "Hello?" Cassiee says looking excited, "hey it's Nash's nd hayes" they say, their call lasted about 7 minuets. And they hung up. "Oh my gosh jay. I'm so happy for you!!!" She says and I laugh. "We'll I gotta go cass. " I say. "Okay but one thing. I'm going to be visiting you in a week!!!!" She says and smiles. "I can't wait to see you!!!' I say and we end the call. I thought I was going to regret this move. But it's probably the best thing that's happend to me. I slowly fall asleep.
*morning*
"Jaylinn!!! Get up you're supposed to hang out with hayes in an hour." My mom yells from downstairs. My eyes shoot open. I completely forgot. I get up and throw on black pants with a purple sweater and purple toms. I only have 20 minuets left so I throw my hair into a messy bun. I don't have to look great because hayes texted me saying we were going to have a movie/ video game day. I walk downstairs and out the door to hayes' house. Nash opened the door and let me in. I walked up yo hayes' room and he had a ton of food movies and games. We sat down and played 'the last of us' for a few hours then we played 'beyond two souls for a few hours. Now it was 5 so we decided to watch movies. We sat down and I begged hayes to let us watch mama first. It's cute how he doesn't like scary movies. We finished watching mama I basically laughed the whole time because hayes wasn't ready for the jump scares. After that hayes wanted to watch mean girls. We watched almost all the mean girl movies and it was now 8. My mom told me to be back by 8:30 so I hugged hayes goodbye and left home, but hayes being hayes. He made me let him come with me across the street. It's not like I'll get raped in 4.5 seconds. But I let him. I walked inside right on time. "You have school in the morning so please go to sleep by 11." My mom said and I nodded and went up to my room. I was beat. So I showered and fell asleep.
My alarm clock went off at 6:30. I got up and put on my 'carter Reynolds' shirt that carter got me, with black skinnies and white vans. I went into the bathroom and put my hair up into a high pony tail and put on my bandana Taylor gave me. I walked downstairs and it was 7:20. "Mom hayes is giving me a ride today bye" I say and walk out the door. Nash and hayes walk out and we get in the car. 10 minuets later we arrive at school. We get out of the car and say bye to Nash. Hayes takes my hand in his and we walk to our first class. We sit down and our math teacher walks in. We get done with math, then English, now it's lunch. I was just hanging out with hayes and some of his friends, when I get a call from cassiee. "Hey cass" I say "really? I say even louder. "Can't wait" I say and hang up. "What did cassiee say?" Hayes asked me. "Cass is going to be here around 4 today!!!" I say kinda loud. "That's great babe, can't wait to meet her" hayes says smiling at me. Lunch was over and we finished all our classes it was now 3:00. One hour till I get to see cassiee. Me and hayes got hayes' mom to take us to the airport to pick up cassiee since my mom was busy cleaning. We waited for about five minuets, but then we saw her. I ran up to her and hugged her, I was crying I was so happy. "I missed you so much!!" I say to her and she hugs me tighter. We let go and walk over to hayes. "Hey I'm hayes" hayes says smiling at her. "Hi I'm cassiee" she says. It was kind of awkward but we walked out to the car. Once we got back it was around 5. Me and hayes got the next week off of school so we could all hang out. Then it was going to be one week of school left. Me and cassiee hung out all night but she confesses something to me.....something I did not want to hear.
