Chapter 14 - Juggernaut

Damien stood in silence and went through a bunch of notes. He read them quietly and quickly. He nodded, stashed all the notes together and proceeded.

'We have to move soon! I've arranged everything' Damien said and put the notes on the table.

'How did you know where this place is?' Jack asked.

'I didn't find it. It was Evan who did' Damien answered and turned his head slightly towards Evan.

Everyone looked at Evan for answers. An answer that even he wasn't sure about.

'Amanda disappeared a day after Enna did. If she is anywhere then it has to be the place you're talking about' Jack said. 'I want to get my sister back Evan.'

'I don't know. I got a letter saying, "If you want to find your sister then come to this co-ordinates. I don't know how you will do that but if you want to save her then you have to get here" and a memory stick in which I saw Enna in an unknown place. With some other people around her' Evan said.

'How can you trust this letter? This could be a trap or something after what we did to those men in black. How can you be so sure about it?' Jack asked again.

'I just know I can. And even if it's a trap, I'd go there. That person knows Enna and if it's true then Amanda and others will be there too. Thanks Damien for helping us' Evan nodded and smiled.

'Think of it as returning the debt' Damien replied immediately.

'What are you talking about?'

'Nothing. Just, go and find your sister. You too Jack' Damien tapped their shoulders.

'Do you think it's someone related to Daren who did this to us?'

'I don't know Evan. But if it is then we'll pay them back when we find them' Damien answered.

'So how exactly will we get there?' Jack took a step forward and stood beside Evan.

'Listen well. I've already got your tickets to Los Angeles. You'll go directly to this destination and board the cruise ship. Remember that you're going on a vacation and don't catch much attention' Damien said and handed everyone their passes on which the name of the ship was stated. The ship's destination was Hawaii.

Everyone took a glance at it and returned their focus on Damien.

'You'll meet a man called Arthur. I gave him your name and photographs so he'll recognize you. You'll cover a certain distance, almost half way through, and then you'll get off from the ship and aboard a Yacht and move south towards South Pacific Ocean. You'll cover some of the distance with it and then board the chopper' he further explained and handed each of them the co-ordinates that Evan got inside the letter. He took a glance at everyone, nodded once and everyone flipped the paper.

Everyone looked at the piece of paper and all there written was 3°42'18.7"N 142°48'25.9"W.

'Don't try to solve it' Damien sighed. 'The pilot will get you there. This procedure is to safely reach without consuming more than half of the fuel. The amount of fuel remaining in the chopper after you reach the island will be more than enough for you to return safely back to Hawaii. I'll also provide you with the satellite phone connected directly to mine. If something happens and you want an extraction, contact me with it' Damien explained.

'Thank you Damien' Evan said. 'But is it really possible with just this? Will we reach through a helicopter?'

'Well if you had asked me 10 years back then I'd say no, You'd need a big ship to get there or a big ass chopper to cover lot of distance, but it's 2022 we're in so it's no problem. My way of doing is a bit safe, and that's it' he answered. 'The pilot will be with you the whole time. So find them and come back home safely.'
