(The song listed up top is the song you play in the music room, just play accordingly if you'd like

Your pov (for once, geez author-chan, what are you doing with your life. It's ok I ask myself that question all the time 0_0)

Me and Kousei had played through the song multiple times here and there, and I was pretty impressed, even if I had heard him play once before. I can tell that Kaori had really brought out the soul in his music. It's almost as if I can hear Kaori in his music, though he plays piano and she played violin.

"Hey Kousei, you thinks it's time to call it a day?" I ask as I turn around to look him in the eye. When I looked at him, he head highly calloused fingers and his face was planted into the piano keys. "Agh, what the hell are you doing?!" I yelled, he turned his head toward me making a couple of unpleasant sounds. "When you practiced, do you always go the hardcore?" He asked picking up his head a little, and I became confused "What are you talking about, this is the easiest I've gone in like two years." He slams his face back into the piano. "And here I thought that Kaori made me practice hardcore." He said, and I began laughing. "Where do you think she got that from, honestly, she used to complain exactly like you. Eventually, I got her to come around, but I guess the roots will always be thicker than the steam, huh?"

"Whelp, Imma' head home, see ya later... friend A." I said giving a closed eye smile as I exit the room and walk out the front door.

Kousei's pov (just when you thought it'd last......nope)

I began to head over to the music room after school, I planned on running the Piece (y/n) picked out for the competition a couple of times. When I got there, I heard someone playing, a violin to be precise, but it wasn't a classical piece, which lead me to believe it was (y/n), and it was. But I didn't go into the room, I listened, the piece was heart wrenching. Full of sadness and depression, I peeked into the room through a window on the door, and saw her crying. She suddenly came to a stop, not even finishing the song.

"How, am I going to tell, Kaori, you pulled me into this, what would you do?"

What, what does she mean, is there something wrong. She suddenly fell to the floor and put her face in her hands. "W-What the hell have I gotten myself into. Kaori, you're the only one I've ever told." I couldn't restrain myself any longer, I busted into the music room, and (y/n)'s head snapped toward me. "W-What are you doing here?!" She got up really quick. "What's wrong, why are you crying." I said, and she forced out another statement. "I'm fine, I just looked at the sun too long, that's all." She tried to rush out of the room, but I grabbed her wrist and forced her back. "Just let me go, I going to be late for something." The tears poured out of her eyes quicker. So I did the only thing I could think of at the time.

Your pov (I finally found a good time to add reader's point of view, good going author-chan *-*, (add slow clap here) ten out of ten, would point of view again.)

All of the sudden, Kousei just pulled me into a hug. "You know you can talk to someone, even if that someone is me." I felt myself want to cry more. "If you're not going to talk, at least let me help you take your mind off of things." I looked up and smiled at him. "There's this café in town I've always wanted to go to, want to go there?" I ask. He offers a smile, one of the most genuine smiles I've seen him pull off. "Yeah, sure." I felt myself start cracking up. "I don't think I can take you seriously smiling."

Kousei's pov (Guess who's back, back again....:3)

It was a relief, being able to make her emotions put to rest, even if it's only for a moment.Wait, hold on a minute, DID I JUST ASK HER OUT ON A DATE?!
