As me and Clay parted ways, a new jeep had just arrived on the island.
It was a dark green jeep truck with a canva covered rear, kinda like the ones used in World War II. Guess Donovan was right.
No doubt the jeep was carrying human cargo and was headed to the warehouse, time to make my move.
I tailed the truck, fortunately there was a line of crates following to the warehouse. Casting nice long shadows, just great. I hid behind the crates, careful to keep my head down and my shadow covered in their shadows. I was a ghost to them.
The crates eventually ran out about a couple meters away from the entrance to the warehouse, fortunately the truck stopped too.
I looked around, to make sure no one was near. Luckily, no one was. I took the golden opportunity and dashed towards the truck, ducking underneath the canvas covers and into the heat.
"What the-" It had escaped my mind that guards may be in here too. Oops.
"Hey... You wouldn't happen to know how I can get into the warehouse, would ya?" I obviously used my sarcasm too much as a weapon. Time to find a new one. One of the guards charged at me and I managed to duck in time, however in wasn't long before the other one tackled me to the floor of the jeep's back.
I searched the floor, blindly hoping I would find a switch to open the floor and dump these guys or something I could use. I swept my hands around the floor, find what looked like a gun.
That works too
I grabbed the gun and smacked the guy holding me down upside the head, causing him to let go. Once I got up, it shot the guy in front of me, revealing this was some kinda weirdly designed taser. As he went down, I turned around and smacked the other one and shocked his neck, giving him some kind of mini seizure.
I threw the gun-taser away and looked at them. " Aw, there so cute when they're not trying to kill you."
Deciding they have no danger to me, I dumped their bodies out, tossing them under the canvas covering and watched them tumble and be crushed by the closing, hydraulic metal doors of the warehouse.
No doors on the sides, the warehouse was just an entrance into an underground part of the Island.
I decided to jump out, andd look for more information before jumping into the fun part. I crept along more crates, and jumped into a couple when I heard more guards coming.
"I'm telling you, Donovan has lost it. We have to find the prisoners."
"What was that?"
"What?"
"I heard something over there by those crates."
As one of the guards came closer to my hiding spot, the other disregarded his partner and continue his search for me.
Once I saw the shadow of the guard, I jumped from the hiding place, and pulled him in. After a brief struggle, I managed to knock him out by smashing his head against the steel wall repeatedly until blood poured down his matte black jumpsuit.
I searched his body, seeing if there was anythiing that could help me. I found a weird looking gun, a security card, what appeared to be flash bangs, and ammo for the gun.
After shoving everything in my dark denim pants, I heard his partner coming.
"Stevey, you there?"
I played enought Call of Duty to know how to kill someone. But I wasn't them, I didn't want to kill them, I only wanted justice.
I shot three times; his knees and his shoulder. After that, I approached him, who was whining in pain, and grabbed his neck and twisted it to a 90 degree angle. A trick I learned during my lessons in the Y, and one of my tricks passed down to Jason.
He was still breathing, but not that much. I threw him into my old hiding place and looted his body before leaving them.
I walked down the same corridor he had before I knocked him out and came to another heavy metal door, only to be unlocked by a security card.
Thanks guys
I scanned the key and was surprised to see what was on the other side
