The place was an old wooden castle looking house. No Windows, doors boarded up, vines and trees wrapped around the place. Where was the lake, the beautiful view. It looked like a horror movie. My mind trailing off in a million directions. My eyes turning to look up at Frank with a kind of worried, disgusted, about to cry face. Were we really going stay there. What if there were hobos,  mice, dead animals, wild bears living in here. All Frank does is smile and huff, walking towards what used to be a two doored hole, with glass at the feet, and all i did was just sit there. Okay, is it just me or is this the shittest vacation ever. It's not a vacation Nicole, it's to get away from my family.

I smiled fakely as he looked back at me. He walked in and I heard some sort of yell that came from an animal behind me and I jumped, quickly walking towards the house and getting in. I looked around as it was kind of furnished. An old dusty couch, some chairs, no table. The legs were broken off and put through the wall. Huh, nice. I walked into another room to find a huge painting of some man glaring at me, a lady with a huge smile, and two young boys just sitting there. I looked down to see a bricked fireplace.

I sighed and looked back at a old, yellow lamp on a mahogany table. Ugh, my room door. I walked out and into the kitchen, seeing not a fridge, but a door leading to the basement. A small box, and an opening that I saw from that Hansel and Gretel movie, when the witch had that old oven where you had to put fire in it. At least we don't need electricity...

"NICOLE!!!" I heard my name and looked above me.

"Frank?!?" I walked back in the main room and saw some stairs. I walked up slowly, some of the steps missing. "Frank?" I asked again, making it to the top of the stairs.

"Yea, come here. Turn to the left." I heard him say again.

I turned to the left, walking down a small hallway and stopping at a door on the right of me, Frank standing next to a bed with no blankets but the mattress was dusty, furry, and tore up.

"So? You like it?" He looked up at me with a smile then back down at the mattress.

"Like What? The house or that piece of cardboard that use to be a bed?" I said walking in the room. It smelt like an animal died in here, but I guess that didn't matter to him.

He sighed but breathed a small laugh. "Both, we can fix the mattress later..."

I looked at him, about to speak. 'Horrible, it smells like road kill. And I mean, who would want to live in a piece of trash like this. Why would someone ever live in this pile of burnt shit. This is probably a litter box for thousands of animals.' But, he smiled at me, and looked around with a smile. God, who can say something like that to a boy as Beautiful as him.

"I always loved this house. My plan was to move in when I got the money." He chucked a bit and leaned on one of the walls. "I know it looks bad, but my mom said it was georgous back when she was younger."

I looked down at the bed and smiled. "Yea, I guess. Just, a few touch ups." I breathed in through my mouth and coughed as I could taste the air and it tasted like crap. "Okay, maybe a huge touch up. The whole hous-" I stopped and looked out the window to see a huge lake view with trees and the moon reflecting off the water.

Frank turned and looked out the window with me and smiled. "I told you there was a view." He chuckled and looked back at me. "But, you're the best view I've seen in my whole life."
