Chapter 9:The enemy got to me first

Usagi's POV

We all nodded at each other and headed to our respective areas to start on the research of our foundly new enemies. Miya headed into the direction of the courtyards to interview some animals to see if they've seen anything out of the ordinary, you know except the fact she can talk to animals. That was sarcasm, if you didn't notice already.

And of course Kaoru decided she would inspect the area around front yard and principal's office to see if the CCTV 's have seen anything that would lead back to who attacked momoko and possibly why.

I on the other hand went to inspect around the area of the so called 'crime ' scene as Miya would like to call it. I walked over slightly humming to the area of the lockers to see if anything was left behind, but sadly all that I could find was rubble and bits and pieces of the collapsed school hall.

I sighed and kicked a piece of rubble in anger. If I couldn't find any clued them how are we suppose to find the enemy?!
I sighed again and say down on a piece of the broken bits of the hallway. I've always wondered why do me and my friends, why do I keep acting mean or bullying everyone. Its not like we want power or anything, we just....

Honestly I didn't even know what we wanted anymore, you could say we were broken inside somehow but we never really realized it.Momoko usually questions why are like this, but Miya and Kaoru have been through pain and heartbreak that presumably fueled their anger.

And what about me? Well I don't really know anymore, its just a sense of feeling to protect my friends, I guess. After all there the only people who came about me that much to actually care....

You see I was born with a rare disease that made my voice sound like I was a full grown man. And my body would look somehow of a jock's body. My parents were disgusted, when they found out. They rarely talk to me and I never really to bother ever talking to them either. But that was before they dies in a car accident, and the feeling of sadness, extreme pain and regret is still fresh.

After that I was brought in by my
Aunt and Auncle, and they really took care of me. They payed attention to me, talked to me and loved me like their own daughter.

But even with a new loving family, I still feel regret from but she spending valuable time with me real parents. Even though they pushed me away...
I still loved them no matter what..

BOOM!

I was snapped out of my thoughts by a sound of a loud explosion.
My eyes widened and I quickly stood up. As the smoke began to clear, I begin to make out a figure of a boy wearing a purple and black T shirt, black pants and white sneakers. He had brunette hair just like me and it was swept aside and most of his forehead was covered by a bandana.
Though he looks normal enough, I can sense tremendous amount of power in him. I began shaking for some reason and sweat rolled down the aides of my head.

He smirked at how I was trembling and without me noticing shooted a purple beam straight at me. I barely had anytime to doge the beam of power,  and it crashed I to the newly fixed school wall.

My eyes turned white as I saw that single beam of light made the entire wall dissapear.
Thinking there's no way I'll be able to fight off this new ' enemy '
without tranaforming, I quickly do so. I pulled out my  bouncing ball with transformed into a bow and arrow.

When we first started having these new ' powers ' the professor disguised them as everyday items to create less suspicioun, but when in battle we can make it transform into its original state.

I looked over to my new opponent and saw that he smirked almost as if he wanted me to transform, causing me to have slight confusion at this.

We both stood at each other grasping our weapons.

(BTW his weapon is basically a long blade  )

(Hope you guys liked the 2nd  update this week since its my B day today!!! I will update chapter 10 this week also and I'll try for middle child. Hope y'all guys like it and comment down ur opinions BYE!! )
