Kiera's POV:

I check my phone the second time in the past second.

No reply.

I groan.

Kat was sleeping next to me as we were driving.

Her dad agreed to drive us to LA and I'm just glad it's spring break or we probably couldn't have gone.

Kat wanted to go to the pop-up shop as soon as possible.

Which means the first day it opens.

Obviously, there will be people there, standing in line early. So, we were driving to LA the day before the store opens. When we reach the store, it will be around midnight and eight hours later, the store will open.

Yep! It's Black Friday, everyone!

I wanted to wait a little later to go to the pop-up shop but I know Kat is really excited. Plus, it was her idea.

I sigh. This pop up shops up better be good enough to have only two hours of sleep.

By the time we reach the pop-up shop, there are about two hundred people in line. Which is not that bad.

Kat and I stand in line while Kat's dad goes and buy us some food and drinks.

Then I see something that catches my eye.

The Loving Someone sticker.

It was on someone's backpack and I go on tiptoes to see the person.

She was way ahead of me and a few rude people glare at me and tell me to stop pushing.

And then she turns around.

I catch her dark chocolate brown eyes and something flutters inside me.

She smiles.

Kat pushes me forward, causing the rude people ahead of me to yell more.

"Great! Now we can cut the line", she winks at me and she heads towards Linsta.

I roll my eyes and walk nervously up to Linsta.

The crowd behinds us yells some more but I couldn't care less.

"Hey!", Linsta grins.

"Hey", I say, my voice an octave higher than usual.

Jeez! Way to go Kiera...

Thank god Kat's dad came at the right time and hands us the food.

"Ok, you girls will be alright, right? I'm going to head back in the car but have your phones on", he tells Kat and I and we nod.

"Oh, my gosh Linsta! I can't believe we cross paths with you again! Where's Jordan and Rachel?", Kat asks smoothly.

I secretly glare at her as I wish I thought of something to say first.

"Oh, Jordan and Rachel wanted to be alone... you know just some couple bonding", she replies.

"Isn't it awkward for you three wheeling?", Kat asks.

She shakes her head and smiles. "I'm used to it. I've always known they like each other and I'm glad they worked out".

"What about you? Do you have a boyfriend", Kat asks.

Ok. I'm going to kill Kat later.

Linsta blushes and says, "Erm... no".

"What! You're so pretty though!", Kat cries.

Ok is it me that has a crush on Linsta or Kat...

She opens her mouth to speak but closes it.

"So do you live in LA?", I ask, changing the subject.

Kat gives me a look and I shoot her one of my own.

Linsta looks a bit relieved about the change of topic and she answers, "Yep!"

Suddenly the line was moving

Security guards came outside and announce, "Hello! Yes, we will be letting you all in a little early. But, first, you have to listen to these rules".
