I used to hate this cover because it did NOT sound like them AT ALL and their other covers sounded WAAAAYY better and I just didn't like the way Matty's voice sounded. But I guess I got used to it because I put it in repeat and I'm starting to like it more than I thought I would.

So I know a lot of writers put in bonus chapters with other pov but since my book switches from pov to pov all the time, I decided to answer some questions you readers probably have in mind ;)

Question one:

Why did you make your chapters short?

Well I hate reading really long ones despite how good the book is because face it... we all have other books in our library on Wattpad that we would also like to catch up on. Also reading really short chapters annoy readers and although mine may be too short, I had to stop it at that certain paragraph so that it gives suspense :p

Question two:

What does the dates mean at the end of each chapter and why did you put it there?

The dates represent the day I started/finished writing that particular chapter. I added it in there just for both the readers and myself to see my writing progress throughout the book. You may also notice that some chapters were finished the same day. As I mentioned before, I like to keep my chapters short. However, when the chapters were short I uploaded a couple of chapters at the same time so it's a good amount of words to read for the reader.

Question three:

Why did you make the ending so sad :(

I hate reading predictable stories. And happy endings are always predictable. However, really sad endings like someone dying makes the readers feel like they lost something in their heart because THEY SPENT THREE HOURS OF THEIR LIFE TIME TO BINGE READ YOUR BOOK AND THE CHARACTER THEY GREW TO KNOW DIES?!! Yeah I don't want my readers to face that xD plus I won't make the character to magically come back to life because then the reader is legit like

Question four:

Why leave us in a cliffhanger?! Is Linsta dead or alive?

Well I leave it at a cliffhanger in case I want to start a second book but most likely there won't be one. Plus I want the readers to think back and actually evaluate my book instead of me giving all the answers.....................

oh... I'm a hypocrite aren't I xD

loool but what I'm trying to say is that the ending actually holds something meaningful and it's not that hard to miss. I like to bring back something that happened in the book into the ending so that the reader feels something special when they are done with the book.

And as for if Linsta is dead or alive....

I guess you have to count on fate to bring Linsta and Kat back together ;)

Question five:

If Kat knew Kiera liked her, then why didn't she say anything before Kiera would get her hopes up?

Well I mean, Kat knows how her brother felt when the secret came out. Maybe she felt like Kiera would do the same or was afraid that if the secret comes out, it'd ruin the friendship.

Question six:

Why didn't Kat and Kiera end up together?

Uuuum well that's kinda a cliche you know the whole best friend thing....

Oh wait that's Jace and Kat's relationship huh... hehe

I mean this story would be boring if it's just Kat and Kiera... I needed to add some new characters, some spice, and some drama (aka an *sshole of a crush). I actually had no idea Linsta would pop up, or Kat's dead brother, or Jace. It all just came together. And it actually fits really well because it reflects my opinions on topics like this. Kiera may have hated Jace before even knowing him, and this may seem mean to some readers. They may have thought that hating someone because they do not like gays is a bit too much. And I see where they are coming from but Jace not only disliked Alec's sexuality, but he made fun of him because of that. And that's what's stepping over the line.

Question seven:

Why the eff did Kat go back to Jace. He's Mean >:(

I kinda already went over this on the last comment but I mean people can have different opinions. They may not approve of certain relationships, and that's fine. But openly ruining people's lives by saying rude comments, are not ok. That's what makes me soooo MAD! And that's what caused this book to be written. But when you're in love, you're in love. You don't really pay attention to the bad sides of people. You make excuses for them. And that's why Kat is going through. And to be honest, she's right when she said that no matter what, nothing can change the past. If she hates him, if she loves him, it will never change her brother's death. Keeping away from Jace would I guess, be more moral for after everything he did. But, leaving a best friend behind is hard. Especially if she loves him. Maybe as time goes, she'll realize that there was never a good side, or maybe she'll put the past in the past.

This means a lot to me because it's my first complete story and I worked really hard. I feel like the plot and the ending was just the way I like it and the fact that it's based off my favorite band and my friends, this story means so much to me.
