•Kristen's POV•

Stella Mead. She is the craziest person I've ever met. She made me do this shit and now, I can't really escape it. Calum likes me now. He really does but I don't feel the same way for him. It may hurt his feelings but I'm pretending. I can't fall in love with him.

"K?" Annie startled me. "Rehearsals, come on."

"Oh, yeah," I said, remembering we were in my van, outside the venue of my show. "Are there people outside?"

"Yep," she said, looking out the heavy tinted window.

"Can I not go out?" I asked and Annie shot me an annoyed look.

"Come on, there's not a lot so you can go past them," she said, readying to opened the van's door. "Are you ready?"

I shook my head jokingly.

"Kristen, come on," she said and opened the door and we both stepped outside.

The fans were there, behind barricades, screaming my name and holding up posters for me. I loved this feeling. I knew people loved me for who I am and they were my only escape in times of depression such.

"Hi, Kristen! Can I have a picture with you?" I heard a tall brunette girl say and I went over to her and got her phone. I held it a bit high so we both fit and took the photo. She squealed and thanked me after that.

"Kristen! You're with Calum Hood!?" I heard someone call from the back of the crowd. Great. The question I've been trying to avoid but here it is; lingering through the crowd.

I turned back and there was silence around. They were all looking at me expectantly and I fake smiled. "Well, rumours spread so easily now, doesn't it?" I said and turned my back on them and entered the large glass door of the venue.

"Annie, what the hell are we going to do?" I said as we walked through the hall going to the stage where I was performing.

"Just go with the flow, hun," she said, rubbing her hand on my back. "You don't really need to tell anyone anything."

"But today, Calum's band is having an interview. What if..." I trailed off.

"Why don't you call him?" she said.

I immediately pulled out my phone from my pocket and dialled Calum's number. After about four rings, he answered.

"What?" he said, his voice obviously groggy.

"Calum, I just have something to say to you," I said and he yawned. I check the time on my watch. 7:12 am. Oopsie.

"What is it?" he asked.

"I, uh, if they ask anything about our fake relationship, you don't really have to say anything about it, kay?" I said, slowly so he could understand.

"What?" Calum said and he grunted. "Ashton, get off of me," I heard him say, obviously talking to their weird drummer boy.

"Calum, I need you to listen, okay?" I said. "Don't mention anything about our fake relationship."

"Why?" he said.

"Calum, just do it, okay? Thank you," I said and hung up.

Everything escalated so quickly for the past few days. I don't even know why Calum suddenly felt that way towards me. Maybe it's really just the effect of missing someone you love so badly? Or maybe.. Yeah. It's pretty much the reason.. I hope.

"Okay, time to get on stage, K," Annie said, guiding me up the stairs to the medium sized stage and the music started blaring.
