•Kristen's POV•

"Kiss him?!" I almost shouted at Stella.

"Walsh, please. All you're going to do is pretend," she pleaded.

"Pretend to like that asshole?!" I said, with the same tone of voice. "What the hell is in your mind right now?!"

"I want you to keep an eye on Lucas," she said, obviously making her voice all cute and stuff.

"What does pretending have to do with me keeping an eye on your boyfriend?!"

"Thanks, Walsh. Love you!" she said and hung up.

What in the blazing hell is with you Stella.

No. I can't do that. What am I going to say if he asks why I did that? I'm not good at making excuses but I guess I could come up with something... I hope? But I was just mean to him a while ago. Who is that asshole to Stella anyway? And why does she want me to put up with him just to keep an eye on her boyfriend?! What's he to Luke?

"So what'd your friend say?" Annie, my so-called manager asked from across the table.

I sighed. "That asshole a while ago? She wants me to put up with him."

She gave me a confused look.

I rolled my eyes. "She wants me to pretend to like him."

"Woah," she said, flicking some of her auburn hair at the back of her shoulder. "What's the guy have to do with you?"

"She wants me to keep an eye on Luke, her boyfriend," I started. "I don't think she even knows if this guy knows him."

"Are you going to do it for her?" Annie asked.

I looked at her in the eyes and sighed. "Well, she helped me overcome some fears," I said.

"So you are?"

"Yeah, I am."

•Calum's POV•

I closed the door to the restrooms and walked going back to the main part of the fast food chain.

This feeling of mine. What's this? I feel nervous but I feel excited. My hands are becoming sweaty and pressure is going out of it.

Trisha, I thought. She's the only thing that came inside my mind but we're not together anymore. I have to move on. It hurts. I'm already missing all her dopey ways but it's the right thing to do. I miss her texts and her calls and her singing voice. God, Calum. Stop it.

I stood there just staring blankly. Then, I remembered the girl I bumped a while ago. She looked hurt and as she said, it was because of "skateboard". Her pink hair tips is all I could remember about her, well, except for the limping leg but somehow, it caught my attention.

I had to find her. I had to say sorry. I'm not an asshole that would just walk away. I mean, my bladder was full, what do you expect?

I looked around the place to find her hair. It's pretty much the highlight of her body so someone who knows her well would easily find her.

After looking for. A while, I spotted her. She was still here. For some reason, I'm glad.

I started walking slowly towards her and her friend. They were talking and talking until her friend noticed me and patted her hand.

She looked at me.

"What are doing here?" she asked, standing up. She was pretty small. Really small, actually. She was smaller than Trisha or Stella.

"I... I wanted to say a proper sorry," I said. "I honestly didn't know about your leg."

"It's fine," she said. "I'm used to being invisible." She almost sat down before I grabbed her arm, making her stand once again. She was very light compared to a Trisha. I think I could carry her with one hand already.

"What else do you want?" she said. "I said I'm okay, okay?"

"No you're not," I said. What the hell is wrong with me? No. Not yet. This is nothing. I just want to know what's her problem.

•Kristen's POV•

I don't really like the guts of this guy now.

"What do you mean 'no, you're not'?" I said, furrowing my eyebrows. He's holding my arm. Why is he here? Why is he in front of me? Why did he try to find me?

"Why do you think you're invisible?" the guy asked.

I raised an eyebrow. "Hold up, dude," I said. "I don't even know your name."

"Calum," he said. "Calum's my name."

"Calum, huh?" I said, removing his hand from my arm.

"Yeah, I'm really sorry," Calum said. "I know I hurt your foot badly because of bumping into you." He scratched the back of his neck.

I looked at Annie who was a bit 'tensified' by the current happenings.

I nodded, questioning if I should do it.

She gulped and nodded.

I closed my eyes and sighed.

I grabbed Calum's shirt, pulled it down to my height and kissed his lips.
