•Stella's POV•
It's a Saturday. Two days ago, My family and I had an overnight vacation in a resort just near.
Sydney's been awfully quiet since 5SOS left. I wonder how it's going to be in school. A lot of people know that Luke and I are together. But not for long.
Kellin's been so kind to me lately. Not to sound really bad, but he's actually helping me move on from Lucas. I mean, I have to move on. I don't want to live miserably in the past now do I?
I sighed as I pushed on the ground, swinging. Yes, I'm in the playground where me and Luke accidentally fell asleep.
The sun was shining, though. It's warm rays punching my skin, but I'm having fun alone right now. I want to be with my friends.
I stopped the swing and stood up to fish for my phone in my pocket. When I got it, I dialled Audrey's number.
"Hello?" she said from the other side of the line.
"What's up, Morris?" I said in an enthusiastic tone of voice.
"Nothing much," she said. "I'm actually on my way to your house."
"Really? Why?"
"I don't know. Hangout?" she said.
I smiled at the thought. I missed hanging out with her. It's been a long time since we both hanged out with each other.
"Sure!" I said. "I'm actually in the playground but I'll go back to meet you there."
"Sweet," she said.
I hung up and started to walk going back uphill. I don't think there's another use for me going downhill besides going to the playground anymore.
I reached the place where my house is and saw Audrey's brown hair in a braid flowing down her back. She was just a bit smaller than me. She was wearing shorts, a shirt and slippers.
"Aye, Morris!" I called out.
She looked at me and waved. "I thought you were inside!" she laughed.
"I was at the playground," I said as I met up with her.
"Missing Luke again?" she raised an eyebrow.
"Lets go," I said, leading her inside the house.
Before I could open the front door, my phone rang from my hand.
"K Walsh ;) is calling" it said.
My eyes widened as I saw this. Kristen? Really? No way. Oh gosh.
I answered the call.
"Stella!" the cute voice of Kristen Walsh said.
"Walsh!" I exclaimed. "You called! Holy cricket!"
"Yeah, I did!" she exclaimed back.
"So how are you?" I asked.
"Not that good," she sighed. "My leg's in a bad shape again."
"Really? Why?"
"Skateboard," she said. "And this asshole bumped me just a while ago."
"What?!" I laughed. "What'd he look like?"
"This Asian-black-haired freak," she sighed.
Black haired? Asian? No. It can't be.
"Walsh, where are you?" I asked, slowly. I was nervous for the answer.
"I'm in Perth right now," she said. "That trip to LA was tiring. I'm staying here for about three days."
My eyes widened when she said "Perth". I think it really was Calum. I mean, where in Australia could you find an "Asian-Black-Haired Freak"? Even though Cal ain't Asian, he's always mistaken as one. And it makes him really pissed off.
"Mead, are you still there?" Kristen said, taking me back to my senses.
"Y-yeah," I stuttered. "Is that guy still there?"
"I don't know," she said. "Like I give a damn about that asshole."
"Where are you? Who's with you?" I asked.
"I made a new friend here."
"That's great!" I said. Kristen isn't really one of those girls who's good at making friends. She's almost like Michael because she's always secluded.
"...So yeah, I'm with her right now and we're waiting for our food," she continued saying.
"I have a favor," I bit my lip after saying this.
"What's it now?" Kristen asked, not sounding that pissed as always.
Before saying whatever shit I was thinking, I thought about Trisha. She's definitely going to kill me. I'm a selfish brat but this is life. I'll help her move on as much as I can. It's for the best... Right? I sighed heavily and clenched my left fist. Kristen's got the guts. She can do my favor. I. Know. She. Can.
"When you see him," I sighed. " Go kiss him."
