Rue was making good time

She dropped the Deputy a line

"Out of Dodge Mill

and onto Jasonville."

She followed the signs

Until she got to town

Asking where Bubba and Sue Bigbee

Could be found?

It took a while to find

Someone without a suspicious mind

Most mouths were closed up tight

And she could feel them watch her

Until she was out of sight.

She opened her bag

And gave a smile

"Best if you transform

into yourself for awhile."

Jasper jumped out

And spun around

He was once again human

And she could see he was fumin'

"Down kitty, down!

They don't know me

I'm glad they're so protective

Of Sue and Bubba Bigbee."

She only hoped

As she approached

She was met with an open mind

Not knowing what she'd find.

A timid woman opened the door

"Can I help you?"

From the picture Rue knew

this was Aunt Sue.

She handed her the note

Sue read what was wrote.

But then she said,

"How do I know this is true?"

Ruechari pulled the locket

From her pocket

Sue's excitement, she couldn't hide

She opened the door up, wide.

"Come in, Come in.

Sorry, I had to be sure

We've had run in's with

Strangers before."

Ruechari knew she meant Ruby

"May I go and see

Mr. Bigbee?"

"Yes, but who is he?"

She pointed to Jasper.

"He's here for me.

Recently when I've tried to heal

It's left me weakened or that's how I feel

Jasper is to make sure I get back home

Should I be unable to get there on my own."
