Trouble Deep
Bigbee was in trouble deep
It's been a long time he was asleep
Rue sat by his bed gave Jasper a grin
"Okay. Here we go. Let's begin."
She closed her eyes
She called upon him in her mind
Searching and Searching
but couldn't find
She has seen glimpses of things that may
But she pushed them away
"Come on, Bigbee.
Sue is waiting for you."
"Sue?"
She heard the name.
"If she lost you now, it be a real shame."
A figure stepped out of the dark
He had a kind face but his soul
Was but a spark.
"I've come here to set you free
But I need your help, Bigbee."
"What do I do?"
"Take hold my of hands
And think of Sue
She'll pull you through
Let your mind expand."
He did as she said,
She felt his life pull
He was trying to fight
But the spell held on tight.
Ruechari closed her eyes
To her surprise
She had seen him
The Wraith buried deep within
Smiling at her with a grin
"LET HIM GO!"
"What if my answer is, no?
You banished me here
But you keep coming back
I almost had you last time
But you slipped through a crack."
Rue looked at Bigbee
She thought of Sue and Darkly.
"Go," she said, "go to them
There is no time to waste!"
She pushed him from her mind,
"You'll be no longer displaced!"
Bigbee eyes opened
He heard his wife's scream
He looked around his room
From her eyes tears did stream
He sat up in bed
then his heart filled with dread
As the woman in his head
Lay on the ground
in a man's arms
Had she come to harm?
"Is she....
dead?"
