AJ cooked dinner,
As Loren played her guitar.
Ms Darkly was resting upstairs,
When they heard someone scream "fire!"
The three scrambled out,
To see where the fire was.
Smoke and embers rose quick,
The chapel was burning fast.
The deputy took charge,
And alerted the fire brigade,
She sent little Ron out,
To call 3gun from his date.
She told AJ to help,
As the men formed bucket beeline,
She then sent Loren to the doc's,
As some patients might arrive.
3gun finally arrived,
Asking if everyone got out alive,
The deputy said the pastor was missing,
3gun then ran into the burning building.
CG just arrived to watch in horror,
As the roof caved in, trapping 3gun and the pastor.
To everyone's relief, a window was smashed,
What happened next, nothing will match.
3gun and the pastor came out alive,
CG came running to the sheriff's side.
Without warning, CG gave 3gun a kiss,
In front of the townspeople, it was not a sight to be missed.
As everyone stared, Ms Darkly sprung to action,
She reminded the whole town that the chapel still burned.
She asked AJ to kindly assist the pastor,
AJ hoisted the man on his back and headed to the doctor.
Loren and Kae stood waiting with Doc UB,
The doc led the patient in, and examined his injuries.
AJ and Loren went back to help put out the fire,
And took their place on line, passing buckets side by side.
"You know, Loren," AJ said as he passed a bucket.
"Your work with Ms Darkly worked just perfect.
You didn't see it but the whole town did,
CG just gave 3Gun their first ever kiss."
