Chapter Eight

[Ji Eun's pov]

The audition started. I was so nervous that my palms started to sweat. Many participants were already brought to the dancing room and acting room. It left forty participants here in the music room.

Mr. Park started speaking, "Our audition is not only for testing your skills but also your guts. So please be confident with yourself. Now, line up and come up according to the numbers given just now.

The number just now wasn't the actual order. I counted silently in my heart. Cool, I was No. 18.

Every participants went up one by one. Some were nervous but some sang pretty good. I began to lose confidence. Don't mind me, my character was like that since young. I tend to lose confidence easily and believed that not much people like me.

"No. 63."

Oh my gosh! It was my turn. I walked towards the centre of the room slowly. Everyone's attention was on me. I bet some were even gossiping about my relationship with Lee Jae Woo. I had a deep breath and prepared myself for a few seconds. After bowing to the audience, I started my performance.

I choose "Hopefully Sky" by Jeong Eun Ji.

I was too nervous at first that caused me to sing some tunes wrong. Mr. Park gace me an assuring smile. My heart calmed down looking at his handsome appearance.

I thought of Baek Joon's word and closed my eyes. I thought of every important person that came to my life. My parents, my best friend Baek Joon, Hye Rim, Su Ji and Park Sang Hyun... I finished the song emotionally.
