Finding Him 7
I woke up the next morning and got ready for my day. I looked at myself in the mirror once I was ready. My bleach blonde hair was really straight today. I looked at my ocean blue eyes as I put on a touch of eyeliner. I was wearing a light blue shirt and jean shorts. I still had a great feeling about the day. I picked up my phone and texted Lucas [Hey do ya wanna come over around one and hang].
He texted back relativley fast [ Sure, see ya then].
I smiled as I read the text and replied [Just come around to my backyard. I will be out there]. I closed my phone and tossed it on my bed. I spent the next 3 hours waiting for 1:00 to come. I sat out in my backyard looking around as I waited for Lucas to come over. My backyard had a pool, trampoline, patio, a swing hanging from a tree, and even a tree house from the previous owners. I heard a knock on the gate. "Hey, it's Lucas"
"Heeey, I'm back here" I watched Lucas open the gate and come into my backyard, I admired his ruffly dark brown hair and gorgeous green eyes. He was a lot taller than me and pretty muscular.
We decided to turn on some music and lay on the trampoline. We just sat there talking about nothing. We could hear the suttle sound of the radio playing in the background. The song "Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not" by Thompson Square was playing.
"I love this song" I said with excitement. Lucas started singing it.
"Yeah baby I love you a lot. I really think we've got a shot.
Are you gonna kiss me or not?" He sang to me. I felt a smile cross my face. "What do you think?" He said smiling.
"I think the guy should make the first move." I said still with a smile.
"You make a good point." Lucas said leaning in closer and closer to my face. Then he kissed me.
