Finding Him 17
I have fencing going up the side of my house so I slowly moved outside of my window. I climbed down trying to be as quiet and be as careful as possible. I was shaking in fear. I don't like heights at all. I was so scared I was going to fall. As soon as I got to the bottom I felt so relieved. Lucas had one of those ladders you keep under your bed incase a fire. He set it up on the side of his window and I started climbing up. When I got to the top he took me by the hands and pulled me into his room.
I stood up and took a look around. It was pretty nice. I sat down on his bed and stared out the window.
"What happens if we get caught?" I asked nervously.
" Everything will be fine, I promise." said Lucas. He took a seat next to me on the bed and looked into my eyes. He took his hand and wrapped a piece of hair behind my ear. I felt the butterflies in my stomach as always. I think I was starting to get used to them being there. Then slowly Lucas moved closer and closer to my lips.
Then we heard *Knock, Knock* come from the door. I completely rolled off the bed.
"Lucas, Is everything okay? I heard something fall." A woman's voice said from right outside the door. I crawled under the bed as fast as I could. Then I saw the door swing open.
