I figured why not, and opened the window. Lucas picked up a guitar and started singing our song "Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not" by Thompson Square. I couldn't help but smile. When he finished he looked me straight in the eyes. "Can we talk, please?" he begged me. I didn't have anything to do so I went downstairs and met Lucas on my front porch. We sat down on the swing and he started to talk. "Emily, I swear I wouldn't cheat on you."

"Yeah we what about Rachel?" I said.

"She kissed me. Believe me, Emily, the only girl I want to be kissing is you. You are so amazing and I can't lose you, not like this." Lucas said to me.

I turned my face away because I knew the second I looked in his eyes I would fall for him all over again. Lucas reached my hand and turned my face to meet his gorgeous green eyes. "I believe you." is all I could say.

"So is everything okay between us?" Lucas asked still worried.

I hesitated for a moment. Then I leaned in close and kissed Lucas on the lips. "So can I take that as a yes?" Lucas asked laughing.

"That's a definetley." I said to him. Then Lucas wrapped his arm tightly around me and we just sat on my front porch swinging. I wasn't worried about forgiving him. Seeing the look in him eyes made me know he would never do anything to hurt me.
