Finding Him 8
We layed there on the trampoline gazing into each others eyes. I had a million different thoughts running through my head. The kiss was so sweet and perfect. Our lips fit perfectly together, but i just met Lucas.
"So now what?" I asked softly.
Lucas just smiled and said "How about I pick you up Friday night at seven?"
I felt butterflies in my stomach and I barely managed to say "All right, it's a date." Lucas's smile seemed to get even bigger. He is so adorable and his smile makes the butterflies in my stomach go wild.
Then we heard a voice call from Lucas's yard "Lucas, honey, You have to come home. We are having dinner." It was his mom. Lucas's smile seemed to drop.
"So I'll see you later?" He said a bit disappointed.
"Yeah, soon." I said still smiling. As he walked away I kept thinking about the kiss. Everything just seemed so perfect now. I went into my house and sat down on the couch. It was starting to get late when I realized I had my first day at a new school tomorrow. Only two weeks left. As I layed in bed trying to fall asleep thoughts of Lucas kept racing through my mind.
