That loaf of bread that you had to chase down managed to sustain you for another two days, in which you did nothing except wander around a seemingly empty castle. You hardly even saw Dark either, you slept before he came home from work and woke up after he left.

On the third day, when you were sure you were going to die of starvation (but didn't really care that you were), you went around your usual exploration of the palace. However, as you came to the doors of the throne room, your paused. Curiosity got the better of you as you pressed your ear to the door. What you didn't realize at the time was, the door was already open, so as you lightly pressed on it, it flew open. You fall head first to the ground, taking a stand quickly, relieved to see you were the only one in here.

The room was completely empty, and so were the thrones. No one was here. Continuing your pursuit in, you admire the scenery, with its red fur throne, gold and black armrest on the sides. There was a chandelier, as usually, and a few windows.

Doesn't all of Darkiplier's meeting take place here? Why is it empty?

However, you soon hear a thud coming from the throne. You squeak in surprise and fear... But nothing was there. You wander over.

You inspect the lion shaped armrest, inquiring for anything odd, when you notice a small button under the roof of the lions mouth. You press it gently and the chair rolls out the way, revealing a hidden staircase. There was muffled yelling coming from the end of the stairs.

It smelt terrible, as you checked it was clear to go and began creeping down, like blood and melting plastic. Your nose cringed at the odor.

Eventually, you saw a door at the end of the staircase which was open a jar. You could now hear what they were saying.

"It's been THREE WEEKS! TELL US WHERE THE OTHERS ARE!" That was clearly Darkiplier's voice. You peek an eye around the crack and see Dark, eyes blazing red and emitting smoke endlessly, choking a human man, chained to the wall. Several other humans lined the walls, all forced and restrained there with chains. Three other men dressed in suits watched as Dark continued to kill this human, seeming unfazed.

The fear sits quietly, eroding the person you were born to be. What starts as a contortion of your stomach becomes a feeling of being smothered by an invisible hand. Your breathing becomes erratic, deep, then shallow. You fight it. You fight the feeling as your body writhing to ran away and pretend you never saw this or shut down entirely.

"Never," the man (Dark had in his choking grip), spat. The edges of Dark's lips twisted upwards in a shaking manor, then stabbed the man in the shoulder with a dagger you didn't notice he had until that horrifying act was committed. You stifle a gasp as the man howls in pain. All the other humans turn away and so do you, scared at the sight before you.

"WHO ARE THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF YOUR REBELLION!!?"

The man didn't reply, causing Dark to tug out the knife, ruby red blood spilling on the floor. "If none of you say, you're just a waste of space. Tell me by the end of the week, or I will take each and everyone one of your lives," and he span around, storming towards the door, the other demons close at his heel.

Springing into action, you dart up the stairs, leaving the throne open and speeding down the halls to your bedroom, where you dove into bed and waited there.

Dark didn't come.

Half an hour later, when you were sure the coast was clear, you finally get out of bed. Jumping into the shower and contemplating what you saw... What you could understand was that Dark has humans trapped in a basement demanding information on a group of rebels... You'd only ever heard rumors of such a group of rebellion.
